One of the best doctors that I’ve seen and I’ve shopped around A LOT. I’ve been through the University of Washington Medical system (both Harborview and family medicine, Seattle Childrens, and Swedish medical. Pacific Medical Center is a hidden gem and super underrated in terms of their doctors. They have diverse doctors, which is so important in our very ethnically diverse neighborhood. Out of all of the medical systems I’ve gone through I’ve had the best experiences with their doctors here. Plus, parking is FREE at their Beacon Hill hospital and there’s always a spot. Not sure about these other reviews, but I’ve recently switched to Dr. Zeitz Chua. I’ve had nothing but wonderful interactions with her. Very thoughtful, kind, and interested in getting to know you as a whole person. She was really attentive and sensitive to my needs. She didn’t rush one bit. I’d recommend her to all of my friends and family but I’m selfish and don’t want her to get too booked up!

I wanted to see Dr. Lesley King but since she was on maternity leave until September, Dr. Zeitz-Chua was in her place. She was just as great and caring and very knowledgeable about how the body works. I was in the ER for a passing of a gallstone. Very painful experience. Got some blood tests done there. Dr. Zeitz-Chua agrees with the test results and had to explain what was going on. She ordered another set of blood tests just to check if everything is normal and if not, would refer me to a specialist. I would definitely recommend her!

I completely disagree with the other reviews, she is the most caring doctor that I have ever had. She listened to all my concerns and took her time explaining my options and walking me through all of the potential side effects of my new medication. She has made a profound impact on my quality of life.

Was seen today and it was bad. She was rushing, not even 5 minutes in the room with me, all the concerns I've brought up was basically ignored. This visit was disappointing. You can see that she doesn't care about her patients.

I had a similar experience as the reviewer before me. Very rushed and did not seem to care about my concerns. Felt brushed aside and the visit did not help me understand my ailments.
