Dr. Klein is a fantastic doctor! Extremely caring and kind, which is so needed when going through infertility. She came up with a perfect treatment plan for me - a frozen cycle and frozen embryo transfer a couple of months later. We are blessed to have a 2 year old son from that transfer and another embryo frozen for when we want to try for a second child!

Dr Klein has been an absolute angel to my wife and myself... We had had a very traumatic experience at the Gyft Clinic along with two failed attempts there. When we finally made the choice to use SRM we made our appointment and we were blessed to be given Dr Klien as our fertility Doctor.... She's been a blessing, very attentive and understanding and above all helpful. If you've had a bad experience, or are looking for a very special person, and will make such a very personal and scary process bare able, I definitely would recommend Nancy! My husband and I have been going to SRM for nearly four years and I would like to share our experiences with them. I have been seeing Dr Klein all this time and I was very happy with the services we received. Dr. Kleins compassion, gentle and caring way helped me overcome the many hurdles Ive encountered during my IVF treatment. As I progressed with the cycle the SRM team always kept me updated with the latest status. With each step in my treatment plan I was given choices on how to proceed given the outcomes at the time of each step. I also appreciated accessibility to SRM team. I could directly communicate with SRM physicians, nurses, and other staff members such as financial counselors via phone or email. I have emailed my questions and concerns to Dr. Klein many many times and each time I would get a reply back from her almost immediately.I also liked the flexibility SRM provided. You can start an IVF cycle with SRM anytime. Other fertility clinics have specific dates when you can start a cycle. If you happen to miss that date then you will have to wait for the next IVF cycle. I remember getting my own IVF calendar/schedule just within a month after my initial consultation with Dr. Klein.I found SRM team reliable. They always followed through. For example, I always received a phone call from a nurse regarding my lab results the next day. I was also kept well informed on a daily basis regarding the status of our embryos. SRM donor team also helped me find our donor. They make sure each donor goes through a rigorous screening process before being able to qualify in the program. With their multiple locations I had an option to either go to SRM Seattle or Bellevue location. SRM provides competent care and I was always treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Lastly, SRM helped me and my husband achieve our goal to start our family!

Dr. Klein is the most caring, sensitive physician I have had. She was always available to address my concerns and answer my questions, even via email. I had a great deal of difficulty becoming pregnant, and she was there through the years of treatment and proceedures. Infertility is a very difficult and painful thing to go through, and Dr. Klein was always there for me though the challenges.
