My daughter called me in tears after her appointment with Dr. Lin. She’d been going through IUI fertility treatments, with a pregnancy that ended up being ectopic. Being treated with Methotrexate, her HCG was coming down within about 5 weeks, then it started to increase. She made an appointment for evaluation, anxious and terrified and was excited to see Dr. Lin as he is supposedly is a specialist who would give her hope and encouragement. My daughter was very emotional and crying and he offered ZERO compassion towards her. despite the fact that he SHOULD be aware of this emotional journey, especially given the fact it was ectopic. My daughter asked questions, and he was annoyed, belittling and offered no support. His answer was always,” I don’t know, you haven’t had surgery,” (is he a salesman??). The final cry out for hope was when she asked if anything prevented her from getting pregnant again. His reply was , “NO.. but I’m concerned about another ectopic because this tells me your tubes are damaged.” Well, how does he know when she “Hasn’t had surgery yet”? I urge anyone to seek other providers within SRM and would not allow Dr. Lin to see my gerbil, let alone my daughter. I feel his demeanor, conduct and disrespect to patients needs a board review by his peers. He has absolutely no business whatsoever working in such a personal, emotional and at times devastating field where the only thing patients have at times is a glimmer of hope, in which he offers only despair. As an RN for twenty five years myself, knowing doctors all have different personalities and bedside manners, I can say without hesitancy, that Dr. Paul Lin maybe needs to pursue a job where human relation skills are not a factor. Shame on you Dr. Lin. Shame on you.

Struggling with infertility is hard enough. I left the office after a visit with Dr. Lin and I was in tears the whole day. Honestly, I’ve never met a doctor more insensitive, irritable and careless as him. The amount of empathy this doctor lacks is truly unbelievable. Why is he even a doctor if he can’t even provide empathy for his patients?! I don’t know how Dr. Lin has so many 5 star reviews. My experience with him was horrible and there are so many other doctors through SRM that are fantastic! If you are struggling with infertility, please PLEASE look elsewhere for a different doctor.

If it wasn't for Paul Lin, we wouldn't have 2 kids today. Thank you for all your expertise, knowledge and everyone you do for the medical world.

I worked with Dr Paul Lin at SRM for an egg freezing procedure! He is sharp, intuitive, kind, supportive and empathetic. His experience and knowledge is evident. He patiently answered all my questions and made me feel like I had an equal say in the process, which I don’t take for granted. I am really happy with the results and glad I chose to work with him!

I had severe asherman syndrome due to multiple dnc's and surgeries with 50% scars and blocked cervix. Dr Paul was my last resort before hysterectomy. Diagnosing my case was the toughest with multiple visits to multiple doctors. Dr Lin immediately diagnosed and my condition required really experienced hands and he did great..He reduced my scars to 5%. Its been three years post hysteroscopy and I am leading a normal life with regular cycles.He is amazing and I am grateful for helping me recover from my pain and helplessness.

We met with Dr. Lin to discuss the possibility of fertility treatments. He was straight forward and honest with us and presented our options including risks and realities with each option. We felt informed and empowered and decided to proceed. We are extremely grateful because our beautiful healthy baby girl was conceived and just turned 1 year old. Highly recommend meeting woth Dr. Lin to learn about fertility treatments.

Good more satisfaction with dr paul

Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable and honest about the situation. I had fibroids in my uterus and had a surgery before with another doctor and started suffering from unbearable pain after that surgery. Dr. Lin explained why I have a pain and said that I need surgery again. I was scared to undergo another surgery but Dr. Lin has made my experience excellent. Three months after my surgery, I am feeling much better and can do my daily routines without any pain. Thank you very much for your help, Dr. Lin!

Dr. Lin is the best! I developed Asherman's Syndrome following a D&C last year. He is very knowledgeable and experienced on repairing this rare condition. He has excellent bedside manner, and while setting very realistic expectations made my husband and I feel like we were in the best hands. After my surgery I was able to get pregnant after about a month. He and his staff made sure I had the best care in early pregnancy to help promote viability. I now have a healthy 2 month old.
