Great bedside manner, and yhey actually listen to you and not make a you feel judged for what they are being seen for. The seem to understand that you aren't just there because you want to be. They also didn't wait for my insurance to approve. My insurance is a ppo and doesn't require referrals, but everywhere I've gone so far has still made me wait.
