Rachael Schuessler's Online Review Report Card

I had Dr Scheussler up through the first several months of COVID. I had COVID and was hospitalized with it and was discounted and gaslit by Dr Scheussler even though I had confirmation of long-haulers, scarring on my lungs, and an almost 2 year recovery time. I had to move to a drier climate to heal and in the last appointment I had with her over the phone, she said "well maybe it wasn't COVID after all" - I moved, got much better medical care and finally began to recover. I cannot forgive a physician who gaslights their patients.

Dr. Schuessler is very professional, knowledgeable, and oriented towards the needs of her patients. Her staff is also very well organized and helpful.

So Grateful for Dr Schuessler. I found her after a few bad choices following the retirement of my much loved family physician of decades past. She is now the family physician for my whole family, including my grown children. She is so caring and competent. I’m very glad I didn’t settle until I found her. She is wonderful, patient, and so good at what she does.

Dr. Schuessler is one of the best physicians we have dealt with. Takes time to listen and offer suggestions. Extremely compassionate and competent. That is a unique combination. We will miss her immensely as we have moved out of state. You can not go wrong if you select her as your physician.

Dr. S is awesome - she always responds to my messages quickly, and considers me as a whole person when it comes to medications, solutions, etc. She is supportive and kind.

Dr. Schuessler always takes her time and you never feel rushed as a patient. She follows up very quickly to emails. She shows genuine kindness and compassion. She cares for her patients and had an earnest desire to partner with patients for their healing. She has training, experience, and knowledge far beyond many of her colleagues.

Dr. Schuessler was our family practitioner from the minute my son was born, until we moved out of state almost 2 years later. It was SO convenient to be able to take care of both myself and my baby in one office with the same familiar doctor.. I could never have navigated the difficult first year of parenthood without her support! She is an absolute joy! Her advice was always spot on, and she has a very nurturing, calming presence (exactly what a nervous new mama needed!) We miss her terribly!!

I really like Dr. Schuesssler Im not crazy about the new place..not sure why just seems cold and not inviting at all. Too bad

I am so pleased I've found my ideal Doctor - that would be Dr. Schuessler! She treats you like a family member! Kind and friendly, she always takes the necessary time to listen, and you will never feel rushed. She follows up promptly and is overall a great human being, you can't help but like and trust!

She tends to run behind but i believe it is because she spends the time getting to know her patients and genuienly cares about their health. The wait to see her is worth it.
