Dr. Rossi has been my primary care doctor since 2007. He has always been very thorough in his exams and has always had time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction plus responds promptly to any questions I send thru MyChart. I moved out of Seattle in 2011 but decided to retain Dr. Rossi as my physician and am very happy I have done so. It is worth the extra travel time!

My experience with Dr Rossi was, and continues to be, excellent. He recently guided me through a life threatening situation with steady, careful, and expert advice. I will be forever grateful! An outstanding physician and caring man. I highly recommend Dr Rossi!

I'm no saint,but I DO have a sense of right and wrong. Went to this doc for an issue. First time on Medicare, but I've been to him before. The charges were $325 for a first time medicare visit , off the top, then for medical exam, another $313. I was in this office for 24 minutes, and he wasn't in the office the whole time. $638.00 for 24 minutes? I got a Pneumonia vaccine shot and they charged $466.00. Your reading is CORRECT! It's less than $50 at a pharmacy for the SAME shot. I'm not sorry to say this is thievery. And people wonder why Health Insurance costs so much? These people are thieves. Yeah, yeah, they have some excuse for overcharging. This whole issue is dishonest. For those who care.....For those who have a conscience,AVOID Polyclinic and their constituents.

I worked in the medical arena for just under twenty years and prior to seeing Dr Rossi I generally had excellent medical care. I am so grateful to have been referred to Dr Rossi. He is a thorough, skilled, knowledgeable physician, He cares and listens. He explains patiently and throughly.he has a sense of humor and is not self important

I have been seeing Dr. Rossi for 15 years. He is thorough, kind and always takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand. I feel like I have the absolute best doctor and would see no one else.

I'm disappointed with my 1.5 years with seeing Dr Rossi. He appears to be in a hurry & doesn't really want to hear what you have to say about your own body/ailments. He is condescending & sometimes a bit arrogant. In my opinion, he could use a refresher course on 'bed-side-manners" as well. I don't recommend Dr Rossi if you are looking for a new GP.
