Renew was absolutely a top notch experience for me. I sustained a silly injury that results in chronic pain and immobilization for 5 months, and I was put under the care of Cynthia (DPT). To say the least, Cynthia’s care got me feeling almost back to 100% in less than 2 months. Every step of the way, she made sure to keep me informed and educated as a patient, created a care plan, used metrics to measure our gains, and even went above and beyond in many ways besides regular old PT. Cynthia, and the Renew team, truly have an empathetic touch to their care and their level of professionalism is truly remarkable. I’ve been left jaded by many medical providers, but I trust this practice with my whole heart. Thank you Cynthia, and thank you Renew!

I've felt chronic pain for years and am shocked that it's gone away in less than two months. Stefanie (PT) is SO wonderful! She is like a detective and tries out different exercises to really understand how and why pain/tension are happening. She offers the option to meet in a smaller, quieter room, and makes an effort to be gender inclusive. The front desk staff are also always kind and super helpful!

I had the pleasure of working with both Stefanie and Victor. They were amazing for me during my recovery. After surgery on a torn achilles, I’ve been worried about getting back to being active and exercising on a regular basis. It’s been a tough recovery but they both know their stuff and kept my spirits up along the way during our 5ish months together. I can’t thank them enough for getting me on track to a full recovery. I hope anyone that has the misfortune to deal with any major injury gets a chance to work with either of them. Thank you both!

Not transparent on billing. Good physiotherapist but the office is more than happy to have you sign a document. You are not fully informed about as they do check your insurance and there is was no conversation about what the insurance covered. My fault but they knew and didn't share....

The team at Renew was able to help me identify specific health goals when I was not sure what the best way to reduce my back pain was. Erin and Victor were very knowledgeable, skilled and easy to work with. It's a super friendly and supportive vibe and all the staff are wonderful. My back pain has gone way down and I now feel confident in being able to maintain that on my own. Thanks so much!
