Sea Mar Seattle Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Very positive experience. Everyone was very nice. Clean facility and friendly, kind staff.

After going here several times in the past few months I can say that this place is extremely disorganized and every single time you will have a different dr tell you something different than the last dr. And then that dr also has no clue what the last dr said or did. Sometimes it's it's the same dr and they still don't know what they did to you and think it's it's first time meeting. And then when you feel nervous because your care has been VERY inconsistent they seem irritated and I was literally told not to freak out because my issue (The urgent care dentist displaced a piece of my jaw bone during an excision in August) isn't that uncommon but they when I ask how long it should take to resolve they can't answer that because it isn't something they see every day. Every time I go here I feel like I'm in some twilight zone episode. I was asked yesterday why I haven't filled my TWO cavities I have that were seen back in march(8 months ago!)... well... I wasn't told about them so how could I have known to fill them? She then made me an appt for ONE filling and then never answered me about the second filling I supposedly have needed since March. And completely ignored me when I asked about the second filling she said I needed. It feels like a dental training school and everyone is having their first day on the job. I guess this is what state dental insurance gets you.

Sea Mar needs to be sued and shut down for discriminatory and unsafe practices, ESPECIALLY against non white non latino patients.I witnessed them waiting on whites/latinos hand and foot, and treat everyone else like garbage; I've been not given enough numbing agents, I got drilled and could feel EVERYTHING. They will destroy your teeth, gums and mouth, without remorse and leave you bloody. In general they are all extremely disrespectful. I regret ever coming here as it's lead to not only ruining my dental health but it's caused me to be severely traumatized. I'm getting legal counsel over this.

I really didn't have a bad experience. I'm not a fan of the dentist experience before I got to see the dentist. But the dentist and hygienist was professional.

i went in for a tiny veneer on front tooth, dentist was not only rude.. she decided to take a sledgehammer to another tooth i have no idea what she did.. my tooth was fine.. 3 months later it began breaking.. now it's all gone. no longer living in seattle what to do.

This dental clinic is ok for adults needing emergency treatment, like extractions and temporary fixes for cheap. My personal experience with the dental staff has consistently been good. For children, not so much. I agree with another reviewer. Unfortunately this was the first memory of a dentist my son has and 7 years later he’s still afraid of dental care. They were just so rude to the little guy so not recommended for kids. From an overall management perspective, Seamar has enough resources to do better in customer experience but they just won’t invest in this area, which is very unfortunate because they cater to a community that truly deserves better. The clinic’s decor is unnecessarily ugly and depressing; although they could, they just won’t make appointments and demand you to do a walk in (I scratch my head at this often); and the phone communications can be a bit wonky.

Calling is a nightmare! The line just keeps ringing. If anything, after calling more than 3x, someone will finally answer. The latina female who answered my call twice was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly! The second time I called, she was incompetent in answering my question. After I asked to speak to a manager, she had the nerve to hang up. I immediately called multiple times where she picked up and hung up again and again. This unprofessional employee finally got someone else to answer the phone and was better at handling my issue. Pablo the manager was conveniently busy at the very moment I needed to speak to him. I say, bs. The crazy thing about all of this is that, I was merely trying to make an appointment. Because of this ordeal, I will not be giving my money to be seen by this location as I don't want to deal with such negative vibes. I can't imagine the dentists are any better, especially after so many 1 star reviews who've actually completed their appointments.

Dental is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. The receptionists are all bilingual and quick to help patients. The dental staff did a great job.
