List of Sea Mar Seattle Medical Clinic's Reviews
La atención es muy buena son muy amables siempre
Es la Clinica que más me a gustado no me importa manejar casi una hora
Fast, safe, unscheduled visit for a covid Vax. Not crowded, staff was friendly and masks were required, checkin was quick, I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
Terrible experience, appointments are worthless even if you arrive 15 minutes prior to sing in. They couldn't complete a procedure because it would take 30minutes, after I waited in the room for over an hour to be attended by the doctor. Extremely frustrating and still in pain.
Estoy tratando de llamar para cancelar una cita y llevo 40 minutos esperando que me contesten. Que falta de respeto que te hagan esperar tanto tiempo.
Had to come here because I briefly worked here and if you work at Sea Mar... surprise! You have no other healthcare choice! This clinic had inaccurate lab results, very dated testing methods, and forces you to go through intrusive testing. Then half of it comes baked incorrect or wasn't the right test to begin with- and that's how your treated when your staff. Too much of a mess to even go into, just go to harborview or something if it's urgent.
I came here because this was the only clinic that would accept my uncle last minute. We got here 15 minutes before his appointment which should be ample time for check in however they didn't check him in for another 30 minutes. When he finally was checked in, we had to wait for a available room. It was busy, there were not enough chairs in the wing to sit everyone. When I finally grabbed a seat it was next to a open office and two nurses were discussing a patient's result. Which uhh HIPPA? Close your door. I could hear them discussing the best option to go with this patient and one of them had the audacity to say "well it's not like she's gonna die right?" Are you kidding me. Even sitting on these chairs I feel disgusted.
Pure psychological torture masquerading as health care. Gringos beware!
The doctor was significantly late for his phone apt. When he did call he asked me the exact questions that the nurse asked during our consultation. He didn’t even look to see what the apt was for. I had notified this dr that I had tested positive for covid so they said to come in before 3. I came in as soon as I could and upon arrival I saw at least 4 nurses leave for lunch which of course I don’t have a problem with but I had to sit in my car for 45 minutes to wait for the covid test with my sick baby (and I, myself am sick). I waited for 3.5 hours for results for a rapid test and decided to call them as I knew they were closing soon. They confirmed that my child indeed had covid. I asked when the results had come in and they said shortly after the test had been taken and they forgot to call. I completely understand how busy they are but after reading the prior reviews, I agree that the customer service is poor. I will find an alternative dr or even go through Walgreens or a pharmacy for more support.
I had been going to this location for my prenatal care visits. Doctor and nurses were helpful and nice. My doctor took great care of me and he always explained everything to me patiently. Later on, Sea Mar nurse also took time to call to make sure I was aware of Sea Mar WIC program created for women and infants who need help. I don't know why this location got bad review but my experience was great all the time. Sometimes I have to wait 15-20 minutes but I understood they were busy and sometimes other patients take longer than 45-60 minutes visits because they may have more questions for doctors and nurses.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
