This is a very busy, VERY polite and responsive clinic. Wait times can be awhile, because they take care of everyone's needs. You will be seen, your concerns met, and your problems addressed. Hats off to A GREAT Team!

Sear Mar White Center is everything we hate about healthcare. No customer service AT ALL. They don't respond to questions. They charged me $300 for a visit with a new doctor, even though I have insurance. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Then the doctor up and quit with no notice. I need a follow up appointment to get prescriptions I should have received a the first appointment and they want to charge me another $200. I can't get anyone in the office to talk to me to help me understand why they're charging me $500 for a "doctor" to write a prescription that I already have.

My wife and I got our booster shots there and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and attentive and we were done in no time. I never get out of my Dr's office that quick.

Already not impressed. Called and was on hold for a long time so I decided to use the callback feature. The system called me back and as soon as I answered the phone hung up. Had to call back and wait on hold. UPDATE: WAITED ON HOLD FOR 30 MINS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, FINALLY GOT THROUGH, THE LADY SAID SHE WAS CHECKING THE SCHEDULE TO SEE WHEN SHE COULD GET ME IN PUT ME BACK ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS. SOMEONE FINALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING AND PUT ME BACK ON HOLD THEN THE PHONE HUNG UP. I HAVENT EVEN BEEN SEEN HERE YET BUT IF THIS OS WHAT THEY DO I DEFINITELY DONT WANT MY HEALTH IN THEIR HANDS. DONT RECOMEND AT ALLLLL.

My son has been under this practice for 2 years. He’s now 3 and we’ve noticed he’s delayed in speech, drools and doesn’t sleep so we got him into a therapist who was shocked at the size of his tonsils and the fluid in his ears to the point that he can’t hear cause of all the fluid. This practice checked ears and throat routinely . I have also paid the insurance bills they send which tricare has told me they’re incorrectly billing me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

hardly ever answer the phone (caller ID, they screen calls). have to call another clinic to force the call to go threw!! but nice prices for your shipping needs near the clinic but, a dangerous area; you are in the projects.
