I have nothing but good things to say about Seattle Christian Counseling. I don't want to go anywhere eles. I feel like my counselor met me where I was at, had so much of Jesus's love and compassion and didn't judge me. Best counsel I ever got before. Lisa’s knowledge and skills as a therapist combine with her compassion and intuition as a person create the perfect space for healing. In her presence I felt seen, heard and most importantly safe to explore depths of my trauma. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone seeking counseling.

Angela is one of the most skilled, compassionate and thoughtful therapists I have encountered. For the past year Regina has been helping me face my anxiety, fears and showed me how to feel and understand my feelings. Each session she listens to my concerns and helps me better cope. She is a caring therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help and someone to sort out their problems.

Been inquiring for weeks how this "group" functions. The receipcionts do not know how this group functions. Quite disturbing if they can't even organize their group in such a way that lay people can comprehend. I am an intelligent person and left multiple messages and talked with at least 3 different people, that cannot explain. It seems they are all connected, but not really, whatever that means. I have left multiple messages and do not get a return call for days/weeks. I will try to find another counselor that can organize his/her business. Can you imagine going to a counselor for help, but the person can't even organize his/her own business? Let me know if you have had same experience with these so called, "counselors" LOL

I have worked with Dr. Gary Bell quite extensively in the past and have found his solution oriented therapeutic style to be motivating, challenging yet supportive. Good therapy also takes a good relationship, and a healthy dose of humor does not hurt. Dr. Bell provides all of the above, along with sound moral and ethical therapeutic boundaries. In the past I have not hesitated in referring clients to Dr. Bell. It is the Inland Empire's loss and the Seattle area's gain that Dr. Bell has relocated his practice. Alan Wager, LMFT

I couldn't' recommend Susan enough. I had multiple counselors before landing in Susan's office with intense anxiety and my marriage on the brink of falling apart. She actively listened to my feelings while also actively nudging me to peel back the layers of my own soul and start working on the "shadow" parts of me I had been ignoring for years. Throughout our work together she was always a voice of faith and reason, a thoughtful question-asker, a gentle and compassionate friend, a non-judgemental witness to my pain, and a source of affirmation as I slowly made progress. She is an Enneagram expert (her coaching on the enneagram alone changed everything for me) and is always recommending a podcast or book or new article to complement therapy. She is super responsive on email (the best!!!), great at logistics, very professional, and cares deeply about her clients. My husband shared some of the worst news of my life during one of our sessions with Susan- and she arranged it to be her last appointment of the day so she could stay with me, cry with me, and bear witness to my pain and shock. I will never forget how she went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't alone - to sit with me until a friend could come pick me up and drive me home - and to whisper in my ear a seed of hope, even when I could only see darkness. That day catapulted me into the hardest year of my life. Our weekly sessions over the year changed everything. She helped me work through some big issues I was avoiding, helped me make sense of my life falling apart, and helped me find a way to leverage my broken heart to be a force of hope and change for the world. A year later, my life is entirely different. I've stopped trying so hard to be "good for God" and finally for the first time feel truly free in Him. What started out as soul work with Susan spilled out into all sorts of positive changes in my work life, family life, and friend life. I can genuinely say I feel like a more authentic and alive person thanks to my work with Susan. If you have any inkling to do counseling, DO IT WITH SUSAN. It may just change everything for you (as it did for me)...in the ways you need.
