Selecting doctors is a challenge. Fortunately, you don't need to shop around- this place is the best. The doctor is knowledgeable, affable, and a real thought leader. He has every eye gizmo available and will take the time to show you some amazing images of your eyes as well as statistical modeling of how your vision compares to others. He routinely travels the world lecturing on eye science and is highly desired lecturer. I've been going here for 13 years. I'm not an easy grader, but they earned this.

I got my orthokeratology lenses here. Dr. Williams knows his stuff on this so that's a plus. I found the service to be just fine; I was treated with professionalism and the extra pair of OrthoK backup lenses were mailed quickly. Ortho-K has worked out quite well for me.One issue I found is that there was slightly inconsistent information shared between Dr. Williams & one of his assistants. The Dr. said I can be in any sleeping position w/ the lenses whereas the assistant said I need to sleep face up for the lenses to work. Also it's strange that they offer ortho-K, but is looks like all the people there wear glasses? Why?

Underwhelmed! Called and scheduled an appointment...which their first opening was a week out...no big deal. Showed up and there was no appointment on the books for me that day, nor did they have any record of me at all. Did I get an "I'm so sorry for the mix-up, can I reschedule you?" NOPE, just a blank stare... Customer service "F"

I keep coming back here for great service and great glasses. Each time I've gotten glasses here the past 18 years or so, they've helped me see better than the pair before. Dr. Williams is fantastic.

Been going here for years. They make exams and services quick and easy. I've never been confused about options or felt pressured to upsell. If they say my glasses or contacts will be available within a time frame, they always are.

These guys are great! I've been going to Dr. Habib for the past few years. He provides friendly and fast service. His staff are great as well. Ordering new lenses and getting paperwork sent to me have always been easy tasks. They even decided to overnight a shipment of contact lenses when the original address on the shipment was incorrect.
