Dr. Sondra is amazing and very caring! I delivered my first baby two months ago and I was under her care for the full 9 months. She listened and addressed all of my concerns throughout the pregnancy. My postpartum journey hasn't be the smoothest but during my check up she made sure that I got all the care I needed and she went above and beyond to check in on how things went.Thank you Dr. sondra :)

Finding a doctor you like and trust can be very difficult and time consuming. I know this as someone who works in healthcare, working with patients that are anxious about their care, either because something had happened in the past or because they just want to be sure that they are receiving the best care possible. Dr. Kapnadak is hands down one of the most personable and professional providers that has cared for me. Never did I feel my questions or concerns were unwelcome, even the little tiny details or random thoughts that pop into my head in the middle of a breast exam. When we were in a time crunch d/t insurance procesesees (because I was moving across the country two days after my appointment), she called me to schedule a time to come back the following morning to make sure we were able to wrap up my care requests prior to the move. She is very efficient, and though most people would say doctors are "rushed" (which unfortunately can be true given the nature of their job. on-call, need to deliver a baby asap, emergency surgery, etc.), she not once made me feel like we needed to wrap up our appointment time faster. I truly appreciated being under her care, and would highly recommend Dr. Kapnadak to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

I feel lucky to have found Dr. Kapnadak when I moved to Seattle 5 months pregnant with my first baby. Prior to Dr. Kapnadak, I did not connect with or trust my providers. She is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to your concerns. She put me at ease when various concerns came up throughout my pregnancy and I felt like we were in great hands.After I had given birth and was still in the hospital, Dr. Kapnadak was the on-call delivery doctor. Although she was working in a different area of the hospital, she took the time to come to our recovery room to check on us. Really thoughtful and shows how much she cares about her patients.

I delivered my baby girl in august 2021 under Dr Kapnadak’s care via a c section. Dr Kapnadak provided exceptional attention to my case for entire 9 months and I am thankful to her for delivering our baby safely. I highly recommend her to everyone, especially first timers seeking good care and advice. Know that you are in great hands with Dr Kapnadak!
