Wonderful eye doctor, knows her stuff, but after waiting 30 minutes for her and finding out she was eating, did not apologize, just rudely told me she needed to eat. Exam was then 2 min. Will not return because of this, felt very disrepected.

Amazing! Dr. Keppel was my pre and post operative care for my LASIK procedure. She took a great deal of time answering all my questions. I had talked to three doctors previously about LASIK. She's the only one who showed me the measurements of my eye and explained what they mean. She's clearly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I'd trust her with my care in the future.

Appointment was unsuccessful due to poor skill in procedure. Gave inaccurate information on acceptable order of treatment and showed no ownership of mistake. Personality and communication style unfit for job.
