Online scheduling and rescheduling was easy and confirmation of same was quick and efficient. No charges for last minute rescheduling. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr Nevett’s exam was thorough. He took the time to provide explanations, education and options for followup care.

In summary, the Dr doesn't listen, overcharges the patient and insurance, and maybe unethical, which I won't discuss publicly. I went to their new location at Totem Lake. Staff was friendly upon arrival. The Dr. Performed the eye exam for both glasses and contacts. I told him I don't wear contacts enough to warrant torric lenses and prefer a standard prescription, like my current prescription. He said my prescription hadn't changed. Upon check out, at the counter, I received a bill for contact fittings. First off, I told her my insurance covers contact fittings. She said I had a premier fitting and that isn't covered. I told her, I didn't have a fitting and my insurance covers premier fittings anyway... She said the Dr. gave me sample contacts, whether I try them or not in the office, that is considered a fitting. I disagreed and she charged my card anyway. She said she would have their billing specialist call me. I never heard from anyone after my appt. When I got home, I noticed the contact prescription was for torric lenses against my wishes. I would not recommend going to Dr. Stephan Nevett & associates
