Way too strict about that grace period. Like its not my fault your located in the MIDDLE of one of the most congested areas of the city. I was just told they cancelled on people after 1-2 minutes.... Are you kidding??

We love Swedish Pediatrics in West Seattle. Everyone we have interacted with at this location has been wonderful. They are always able to squeeze us in for urgent issues and scheduling for the regular checkups is straightforward. Every pediatrician we have seen has been professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. All of the nurses and staff have been great to work with. Overall I have been very pleased with my interactions and the care received for my family here.

Today was my first of 3 visits I have scheduled for my kids. My teen son was the first to go, and the experience with this clinic so far has been very pleasant. I haven’t experienced too many clinics but the ones aside from my children’s previous provider have been okay but not what I’d want long term.Pros: Calling and Scheduling.- I called and inquired about accepting new patients, the patient care rep said they were accepting new patients...I went on to book 3 appointments 😬 and the patient care rep was awesome. At one point, more than half way through, my phone died and she called back and left a voicemail. Most providers don’t, delete your info and your back to point A.- I received 2 follow up/appointment confirmation calls, between the day I scheduled the appointments and the 1st one. 👍-Day of Appointment:The safety precautions they take are great and have a organized setup. I definitely felt no risk of being subject to possibly contracting COVID. They have you stand in a line with 6ft + distance, with 😷 on, and hand sanitizer available to use be entering.-Doctor/Nurse/Front Desk(Patient Care Coordinators: All staff were extremely nice, friendly and provided great support. I’ve been places were I’ve thought the smiles and conversation was forced, fake, or trying to hard but I actually felt like I’ve been a patient and it was just another visit. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️🧑‍💼👨‍💼Great experience overall, parking was cool, directions were easy, concerning time...couldn’t have been better! 😀

If you are expected to get covid tests from them. They will tell you to call them to get the results just to tell you that your on a waiting list and they will get back to you whenever they can. They very much have test results just like to do things on their time.

The website deceitfully claims Kaiser Permanente coverage. After our child’s vaccines were given, we were given a $400 bill with the expectation to pay immediately or pay 35% more. Kaiser is not actually covered! Great example of terrible service for high fees and deceit in the US healthcare system.

The doctor didn’t diagnose my 1 year old son’s throat pain instead he said he has viral gastrointertinits which was totally wrong we noticed that he was taking a sip of milk then cry so we thought it is a throat pain so we returned the same day to swidesh in the afternoon this time dr.kumasaka saw him and when he looked at his throat it was red and swallowed so it was clearly a throat pain ( not gastrointertinits as the 1st doctor said) swidesh still want to charge us $150 for each visit I asked them not to include the charge for the 1st visit where doctor didn’t diagnose it correctly they refused.

Great extended office hours. They do care about the little angels. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I am glad we found this place. If you have any question, they will always be there for answering. Zero complaints, many pros. Oh, super important... Is so easy to schedule appointments in this office. Did a little research on Drs and it seems they are all highly qualified.

Front desk employee Victoria was exceptional. She dealt with a very rude and accusing mother in a very professional and mature way. I was impressed by her calm attitude and kindness despite the mother's crude behavior.

Everyone is very friendly and really seem to care.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Evening appointments available.
