Dr a mulligan not only is very competent and knowledgeable in hi field. He also is desirous of the patient participating twin the decisions regarding care. Additionally, he takes the time to get to know his patient to some degree and to share info about himself as another human being

Efficient, knowledgeable, and practical. Western medical doctors have essentially two arrows in their quivers: pills & blades. Dr. Mulligan refreshingly adds practicality to his approach. "If addressed early enough, a hot compress and a few eye drops will do as well as an (rather uncomfortable and costly) in-office procedure." "Cataract surgeries are optional, dependent on whether the condition is troublesome to the patient." If you're looking for an eye doctor who provides honest, balanced information and perspective, Dr. Mulligan is very refreshing, indeed!
