Most of these pictures are absolutely useless so I am posting a map of the Hospital campus so you can actually figure out where to go before your appointment.
Scheduling is overworked or extremely negligent on care. I'm still waiting 5 years in for a required surgery they continue to say has a 2-3 year wait-list. They don't seem to care about scheduling and the surgeons who have the ability to check in on backlogs don't seem to care either. Whatever excuse, scheduling is clearly a joke and could care less about the impact literally on people's lives. Harsh, but fair.
As a wife and primary caregiver to my husband, I was given ZERO communication about me husbands progression and wellbeing after his surgery. ZERO. I am a mother of 4. I have no support and live an hour plus away from the hospital. The staff made no effort to talk to me after husbands extensive surgery. after being there ALL MORNING of day 4 of recovery I drove home. AS SOON AS I GOT HOME my husband called as said he was ready to come home??? I was not expecting him to come home for 2 more days. Look, You need to include spouses in on effective communication! My husband has had cancer and mental and physical complications FOR YEARS, I expect to be treated as part of the recovery team. I had no idea of what to prepare for, nothing was ready and our house was thrown into total chaos when he came home. I am tired of not being in the loop and expecting to receive proper communication from a person on a painkiller drip.
este hospital es el mejor del mundo me han salvado la vida mas de una vez yo estoy vivo gracias a este hospital y los doctores que son mis salvadores dios los bendiga siempre
My wife has a pretty serious condition going on, and they decided to hang up on me. Appointments are months out. And it's almost impossible to get a hold of them. One more example of people in the medical industry either being burnt out or just callous. Very disappointed. I hope they don't let this get much worse.
I rushed myself to the ER at 2am. Doctor Robert and the nurses knew that dental help was slim but didn't shy to help me out. I'm grateful, they're very calm and consistent.
Horrible doctors and nurses. They don’t understand the difference of what is an emergency and what isn’t. Do not go here if you are in pain. You will suffer
Highlights of my LAST surgical procedure at UW Northwest Hospital: AVOID UW NORTHWEST HOSPITAL! THEY ARE OVERBOOKED AND RUSHED- MISTAKES WILL BE MADE AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE This is my second AND LAST medical procedure with UW! Overwhelmed staff, overbooked and unreasonable delays. When cases are delayed 5 or 6 hours this is a safety concern, a disrespect of patients time and medical situation. If you are trying to cram in cases, going well over start times, staff must be rushing. Rushing leads to medical errors. My first procedure, arrived on time and NPO as they wanted. Sat in the pre surgery unit, in my gown, with an IV, in my bed- waited for 6 HOURS past my start time! No RN ever thought to ask or check on me as to why I was STILL waiting (practically long enough to get my mail delivered here). I was told I couldn't walk around the unit to pass the time- "we need privacy for the other patients ". OK, so the 4-5 family members (some children) that are sitting and walking around the unit are respecting the privacy of the other patients? My surgeon is amazing, she came out to apologize about the delay. My surgeon- great. Nursing staff- need re- education. My second procedure was done this year at UW Northwest Hospital. My procedure was 5.5 hours delayed. I had to ask my RN to check on what was happening. No one from the surgical team bothered to call down and give any info on the delay. My surgeon was busy playing catch up so a different doctor was my surgeon. Never saw or spoke to him. He didn't come by before to introduce himself or give the plan, and he never stopped by after the procedure to tell me how it went or any care. I meet the anesthesiologist in the OR- this is not correct procedure. I told him I was stressed and wanted to be given medication for this. He said, "we have limits". I was aware during my procedure- that goodness for the local shot. When it was finally ok to leave after surgery, I was getting dressed, got out of bed and saw my body. I was sitting in a large puddle of blood! I also had sensors, tape and other surgical leftovers on my arms and legs! I had wet blood on my legs, back, etc. My clothes were brought in and place on my bed so now my pants were wet with blood! Don't they clean you up from such waste after the surgery or in recovery ?! I wait the next day to hear from someone, like the surgeon- nothing. I called the next day to ask if someone from the surgical team could give me a call. A full 24 hours after my surgery, after two phone calls to the clinic, I FINALLY got a call from the medical assistant. He gives me info like, " everything went great" What does great mean? He actually told me to look in Mychart and look up image notes for details! I should have told the RN to tell them I am leaving since they are very overwhelmed, but I they had no other appointments available till next year and I was in pain. My gut told me to leave, I had put so much into being able to have this procedure.
Very quick and easy to get in for an iltrasound. Parking was only $4 as everything was done in under an hour .
Visitors patients and STAFF have to pay for parking because it's self funding? Y'all are criminals for that one charging me 8 dollars to take my wife to the emergency room like the regular hospital bills aren't already too expensive. Should feel ashamed for your greed

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
