My appointment was canceled 2 hours before before saying they realized they needed more time with me. They stopped refilling my prescriptions and I ran out 2 weeks before. Trying to have a normal life with urgent bladder is hard enough with medication. They said they would have to reschedule since I couldn’t make the afternoon slot they had. This is not an understanding doctor who is willing to put herself in her patients shoes.

She is the BEST Dr I have had yet. she is willing to do what it takes for her patients!!! Understanding, caring, and informative! thank you!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Ginger. She is very pleasant, a great communicator and took a lot of time on my first visit to explain my medical situation and all of my options. Each time I saw her over the course of my treatment, she would recall all of the small details of my situation and would take the time to answer my questions completely. Ultimately my condition warranted surgery and my scar is VERY minimal because of the extra time Dr. Ginger spent on my stitches. Even my GP has commented on my scar being very small and unnoticeable. I'm great now and feel very fortunate to having been one of Dr. Ginger's patients.

Extremely thorough and professional with being kind. She cares for her patients. I am a difficult case, 78 year old female patient who lost control of bladder and bowels with fifth lumbar surgery. Adding to that I experience numerous UTI's even after catheter removed. Suffering horrific pain in bladder and urethra. She's working to treat all. She is also EXCELLENT at invasive procedures. So wonderful to be able to keep in touch with her through MYCHART messaging. She has always answered me with help. That does not happen here in Sequim. It's a long six hour round trip to Poli Hills Clinic, adding ferry wait times. She's worth that trip!

I still have issues due to my experience with Dr Ginger. She tore my ureter during my Ureteroscopy. During my course of treatment with her in 2013, she told me how women in China lived with stones in their kidneys for their lifetime. She also told me when I was in a lot pain that my pain level didn't align with my Stones location. Only to get into surgery to discover my large stone has dropped to my ureter since my last scan. At every turn she didn't listen to what I said was happening and discounted my feedback. I ended up in the hospital with an infection in my blood due to the tear she caused during surgery. I still have to see a urologist and nephrologist regularly and I always wonder if my kidney would have been able to heal had she not made so many mistakes.

Dr. Ginger cured my UTI problem by giving me gentle but specific guidances on how to deal with my burning and painful urethra. I truly appreciate her calm and caring chairside manner. She was able to cure a problem which had plagued me for over six months.

Dr Ginger performed emergency surgery on my mother last weekend and gave us outstanding care. She was thorough in evaluating my mother and communicationing w me and mom before and after the surgery. She gave us excellent medical care.

So I had to have surgery in December. Dr. Ginger did a great job and my recovery was pretty fast. I feel great and have completely recovered. I'm back to running, weight lifting and cold water scuba diving. My scar looks amazing (very small and not very noticeable at all). So I won't be seeing Dr. Ginger again but I very much appreciate the extremely high level of care that I received from her.

I highly recommend Dr. Ginger. She is competent, friendly and patient focused. She values non surgical treatment when it is apppropriate. She is thoughtful and thorough when doing her evaluation. She spent time providing lots of education and I felt really well cared for. Not rushed at all.

Dr. Ginger is a total professional while having an uncanny knack for compassion and patience. She gingerly :) explained my procedure (one I'd never heard of!) - and spent a great deal of time answering my questions. Dr. Ginger considers the whole person. She understood that I was fighting multiple cancers and has consistently included that knowledge in her treatment. Twice she even took time on her days off to visit me in the hospital to perform minor procedures so that I wouldn't have to return to downtown area after being released from hospital! I've also been very happy with the clinic staff - there isn't a lot of turnover in Dr. Ginger's clinic which enables us to get to know staff well. We always know what to expect and who we will see when we visit Dr. Ginger's. Dr. Ginger is a very special person and I'm grateful to have her in my group of caregivers!
