Dr. Herring was my PCP for 4 years--but I should have found a new doc sooner. Dr. Herring repeatedly didn't have context on my health, and wasn't sure what to do when I had unusual symptoms. One time when I was discussing some unusual symptoms, she said "Wow, you're really making me work today, aren't you?" in a sarcastic voice, like my symptoms were an inconvenience for her. She is okay for the more-usual stuff: pink eye, UTI, etc.

I was referred to Dr. Herring after my PCP of 27 years retired. Dr. Herring did not like some of my medications, and decided to end them without a reason. I was snapped at more that once, and received a "...you can go elsewhere..." message on MyHealthChart after I raised concerns.
