Friendly staff & clinicians, as well as convenient location (though entrance is a bit hidden). I've never had to wait long in the office, and appointment availability seems standard.

This clinic is ok. I didn't have to wait long and they were nice. However, I didn't get the treatment I needed and I had to pay to park.

I would suggest going to any other Vera location. The location on Sand Point is much more professional and caring.I was scheduled an appointment at 1:45pm for a breathing issue following phemonia. Outside of their office there is road construction, unbeknownst to me. I was stopped with traffic, remember, right outside their office. I would have been 5 minutes late but with the construction I ended up walking in 15 minutes late. The nice lady at the front told me they dont usually see anyone who is over 10 minutes late. Although there was not a single individual sitting in the office, they still would not see me, although they would reschedule. I explained I would need to go to a zoom clinic because of the urgency, which I did and saw me right away.I assume they have a system of punishment if a patient is late as opposed to assisting the sick.Again I would stress wholeheartedly that going to the Sandpoint clinic is worth the short distance and great care that the Sandpoint location gives.

Hi! I would like to offer a counter point to the one other reviewers input. I do sympathize with that reviewers experience--it sounds like it sucked. My experience with this clinic and with Dr. Riddick is the opposite. The team is kind, patient and empathetic with me. I have received medication and services here successfully and quickly. I am very happy with the level of care I feel going to this first hill Vera Whole Health clinic.
