List of Vera Whole Health - Sand Point's Reviews
I’ve gone here for a few years and have only ever had good experiences. It’s quick and easy, and whether I’ve needed meds or a blood draw or to get in quickly, they have always been able to accommodate easily. It usually feels like easy one stop shopping for healthcare. The health coaching program was good too.
Awful customer service.
The best primary care experience I have ever had - no waiting, caring staff, very knowledgeable NP
It was very cold in the building and it had a foul sewer smell. Also, I was waiting in the waiting room for somebody to take me and I seen another patient sitting in the chair they did not clean up after them. I have a concern about this due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
They care less about your overall health & more about checking their boxes. As a healthcare provider I am disappointed in your care. I refuse to use urgent care or an emergency department to obtain refills for meds we discussed 3 months ago.
I had a great apt. Today, nice people and a long and detailed apt. Scheduled follow up as well.
I used to love getting my health needs taken care of here. The staff was friendly and personable BUT I HAVE BEEN IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 105 MINUTES!!! The service has gone downhill and it's obvious that their employees are extremely overworked. Let's not talk about the food and sewer smells that seem to permiate this office. I also don't enjoy the doctor chewing food while talking to me about my directives or reading me my test results over the phone with constant crunching and such. My M.A. was tied up running my labs so I asked another M.A. for a glass of water to which she replied "It's not my job to get yoyu water since you're not my patient". Wow is all I can say. I have asked my employer, Children's Hospital to cancel my Vera option. It's unfortunate that Vera has gone to the birds lately but I'm happy I never have to go back there again.
There are number of reasons why I'm not happy with Vera. Initially, I was impressed by the time each provider is able to spend with you as well as the convenient location and appointment times. However, the first time I visited the front desk representative Roberto forgot to hand my ID back. Not realizing this until I was on my way to the airport for a business trip the next day, I had to rush back home to grab my passport instead while frantically calling Vera so that they can safely return my ID to me. Strike one. The next occasion is too complicated to bother writing in detail, but in short they have terrible communication (not checking with me regarding my preferred pharmacy prior to sending my important prescription among other things) which really impacted my health and stress level negatively. I was hopeful to have them as my main primary care provider, but have been very turned off by these negative experiences.
I've been having the worst experience with this clinic . trying to get an appointment with my specialist, For over a month I been trying to get a referral to a specialist , They keep sending my Referral to a different hospital, is March already and the specialist the I need still in need of the referral to make a appointment , is been a month . And the specialist appointment takes usually another month to see me .is just very unacceptable and Unprofessional. I rather go to a different doctor.
Caring providers that truly take the time to listen and take care of u. They address every need for overall health, asks questions about work life balance, sleep, etc..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
