Vida Integrated Health Ravenna's Online Review Report Card

This is just a review of the price model and front desk service. Beware of hidden fees. I was told the initial visit with a functional medicine doctor is $250 and follow up visits are $175. I have to pay out of pocket as functional medicine is not covered by my insurance. It wasn't until I read further about a "concierge membership" that you're required to pay on top of the cost of the visits. Of course, there's no pricing available or transparency about this. You have to actually go through the registration process to see pricing, which is a whopping $1700/year. Or $189/mo. So, the person at the front desk was ready to set me up for an appt after quoting me $250 for initial visit and $175 for follow up without mentioning this additional $189/month fee... it's giving me money grab, predatory vibes. Beware!

I really enjoyed talking with Carolina. She's very personable and gave me some great ideas for my nutrition and exercise, and how to be more positive with comments I make about myself. Look forward to talking to her again next month.

Initial visit: PT Dr. Jason Godfrey knows all the things and the diagnosis for my knees is very professional. I should visit him earlier so I can understand what I missed from my past several therapists. Highly recommend him and the Ravenna (front desk/customer service is also nice and responsible).

Vida has literally saved my neck and back from so much ergonomic/posture based pain. The chiro Dani Walsh is incredible and so accommodating, I always feel so much better when I leave and look forward to my appts since I know I'll be taken care of. The PT team is also amazing and the front desk is always so kind and welcoming. They have helped me with a handful of insurance billing issues and are extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking for a chiro or PT this is the place!

I have been getting acupuncture treatments at Vida from Cailin Marsden for my shoulder; neck and heel pain. All of these are feeling so much better and Cailin is very kind and patient. I have seen many other acupuncturists before and Cailin is the best! Amazing job. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

I’ve gone off and on to VIDA for 3 years and I love it ! All their staff is so friendly and kind. I wish they had a massage therapist that was in network for my insurance but that’s more on my insurance than them :) overall LOVE VIDA
