Vida Integrated Health's Online Review Report Card

This is just a review of the price model and front desk service. Beware of hidden fees. I was told the initial visit with a functional medicine doctor is $250 and follow up visits are $175. I have to pay out of pocket as functional medicine is not covered by my insurance. It wasn't until I read further about a "concierge membership" that you're required to pay on top of the cost of the visits. Of course, there's no pricing available or transparency about this. You have to actually go through the registration process to see pricing, which is a whopping $1700/year. Or $189/mo. So, the person at the front desk was ready to set me up for an appt after quoting me $250 for initial visit and $175 for follow up without mentioning this additional $189/month fee... it's giving me money grab, predatory vibes. Beware!

Excellent care and a positive attitude from everyone on staff had me back to 100 in no time.

I love this place so much. Josh, Nick, Dr. Dueck :)))))))) Joshua Jangula for Acupuncture… legit. Too legit to quit. His vibe, dry needling precision, cupping and Western + Eastern approach… heaven on earth. Nick for Massage Therapy… from a previous LMT to another… wow and thank you. His work is beautifully precise, fluid and mindful. Wow wow woo wow. I love his work. Dr Dueck… hands down a superb chiropractor! He’s super genuine and VERY skilled at adjustments AND soft tissue work. I’ve worked as a massage therapist in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics before and I couldn’t be happier after Dr Dueck’s treatments. I recently worked in the outdoor industry carrying ridiculously heavy backpacks and sea kayaking for 30 days straight. I am carrying a lot ps tension in my back and today Dr Dueck used Graston tools to help break up adhesions. I’m officially in love with his work. I appreciate that he’s not treating me like a number to snap, crackle and pop. Dr Dueck is a spinal ninja. 5 stars, A+

I saw Dr. A for vertigo — she was able to see me within a day (essential for vertigo symptoms). She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and performed the Epley maneuver and taught me how to do it so I can do it at home if need be.

Michael is a great massage therapist! He's very intuitive about any nervousness and a perfect gentleman. I will be coming back biweekly for a massage! 👌

Dr. Dueck at Vida Integrated Health is my absolute go-to person for any physical ailment - musculoskeletal/nerve related. I’ve seen him for wrist, shoulder, neck, low back, knee, calf, and abdominal/rib pain. He has helped me heal every one (except my torn rotator cuff). He is so kind, knowledgeable, and effective. The front desk team is very kind and helpful. I recommend Dr. Dueck wholeheartedly!!!! He’s the best!

I can't leave a glowing enough review for Dr. Emily Anguiano, who is a chiropractor with Vida. Dr. Anguiano is the most compassionate healthcare provider I have ever encountered. She helped me manage chronic neck and shoulder pain from an accident. Even when she doesn't have all the answers, she listens with care and does everything in her capacity to help get patients back to their best life. As a bonus, it's easy to schedule appointments with Vida and there aren't long wait times.

I have been going to Vida on Madison for over 1.5 years and I could not as for a better team to help me with my treatments. The front desk team (Mira, Nate, and Istahil) is always kind and attentive. For physical therapy I worked predominantly with Emma B., she helped me significantly with all stages of recovery and she is always a positive person and an integral part of my healing. Dr. Dueck and Dr. Anguiano have provided some much relief through my chiropractic treatment, I recommend both! Finally, Dr. Jangula has been a crucial part of my healing process through acupuncture, he is absolutely the best out there! I am so grateful to have such a great team all-around. I definitely recommend Vida for all their services, it makes it easier to have it all at one place, especially when everyone there is excellent.
