Not so good experience, it was lunch time, door was opened, got into the clinic and nobody was on the reception. I heard people in the back so, went there to ask if there's someone available on the reception. They just said we are closed to lunch, and that's it. If they close to lunch, 1, add this info in Google; 2, close the door and add a lunch break information; 3, inform the building what are the times the clinic is open.
This is a downtown healthcare jewel. After booking an appointment they keep you in the loop with texts in case you need to make changes. The office is the most efficient I've encountered in the healthcare realm.
I visited this doctor once, with a follow-up for testing the next day, for what appears to be some sort of neurological problem. The doctor appeared bright and on-the-ball. The office’s vibe is pleasant and chill. But within 2 weeks, I reverted back to my former practitioner out of necessity. This doctor may be exceptionally strong — I’m not qualified to judge. But the consistent and concerning breakdowns in office/patient communication materially hindered my ability to get the care I needed. Promised follow-up communication never took place. The front desk worker (who was the primary, if not sole, conduit for communicating with the doctor) more commonly posed a barrier towards my getting most important answers I’m used to receiving from physicians for 30 years now. Two weeks after seeing this doctor and completing all tests he recommended — with symptoms worsening and numerous requests from me for next steps — I am still left with almost no answer to basic questions such as: What do my medical tests rule out or suggest is the root cause of the problems? What are the next steps you’re planning to diagnose it further? Will there be a referral to a specialist? And if you can’t answer these questions now, in what timeframe will I receive answers? Although I’ve rarely felt any frustration with my prior physicians’ practices, it was hard not to feel both angry and drained upon each interaction with this office. Overall, I cannot recommend this medical practice.
I've been going to Dr. Dinges for about six months now, after a friend highly recommended him and I'm beyond impressed! My first appointment I was provided plenty of time to go over my health history and address any concerns without feeling rushed. When I got COVID-19, they had me come in immediately to get the Plaxovid medication. I was able to get a Monkeypox vaccination very early when others were finding it difficult to obtain. I also got pink eye and they had me come in immediately for diagnosis and treatment. I feel as if the entire staff cares about my well-being and I'm so happy to have found this place.

The staff is courteous, I have never been kept waiting more than a few minutes, and Dr. Dinges is always willing to explain my lab results.
Dr Dinges showed utmost empathy with my case. He was prepared to not only answer but also to explain the rationale for each question put to him. Thank you Dr Dinges.
Edit: Office looks to be making improvements on the communication front.
Very thorough discussion of health issue. Very comfortable environment. I appreciate the care.
Great doc, awful front desk and admin support.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
