Great experience

Even before appointment day, I received excellent assistance, communication and quick response in making the appointment and transferring my records. Once in the building I found the artwork is beautiful, including the NatlGeo maps; the greeter made my first visit welcome and, thankfully, guided me to the check-in kiosk, which is terrific; Melanie, the assistant to Dr Lee was professionally friendly and efficient; Dr Lee clearly brings a wealth of medical expertise to her practice, and made me feel confident she heard my concerns and recommended the best course of action for my needs.

Very organized and plenty of COVID safety. I had visits with the medical assistant, my primary care doc, and the lab. Reviewed various things to do, like getting a shot and future lab work.

COVID ALERT - Stay away from this pharmacy! I went [a few weeks ago] and the pharmacist (assistant?) was coughing and sneezing while handling my prescription, not wearing a mask or gloves. If they spread contagion openly, imagine how poorly they’re managed when people aren’t watching. Horrifying!

I've been a mostly satisfied Group Health member for almost 20 years but always used the main clinic on Cap Hill. Just recently began getting meds though and so I go to the Kaiser pharmacy on Rainier Ave bc it's closer to home. It's very convenient and almost a pleasure to run this errand: there's always free parking in the lot, it's never too busy inside or out, it's always clean and comfy, and the staff is always courteous and very efficient.

Lab technician is very impatient. I was blamed for not waiting in line to drop the sample for Fecal Immune Test (FIT). Why on earth do we have to wait in line for an hour to just drop the sample which can be mailed to them? All we need to know is where to put it. She can't even be interrupted for confirming it? BASIC METABOLIC PANEL test is good which my previous primary health provider didn't provide.

I always go to this clinic but today April 22nd it was the worst. My dad appointment is at 9am and he seen around 10:05. It’s not acceptable at all. The worst thing was nobody ever came to to talk to us. I asked the MA and he said there’s only two MA and 4 providers. Idk what kind of system they have.

Betty (nurse) and Dr. Darnton were so warm and welcoming during my first visit as a new patient in the area. I received thorough, attentive, swift service, and felt validated/heard during the appointment. The staff were all friendly and efficient, it was a very positive experience. I'm grateful to have established such a good healthcare connection here.

This place is swell

This has been my family go to clinic for the last 30 years. Family doctor family retired last year and he will be missed. Great neighborhood medical center for checkup and shots and such. Pharmacy is fast and efficient.
