This place is a joke. Extremely unprofessional, rude employees. Nobody seems to know what they are actually doing or what services are provided. Scary, unsafe place !!

Super friendly from initial encounter, Heidi is knowledgeable, professional and realistic. Met Dominique who was also very friendly and encouraging that the facility would take excellent care of me. Thank you for the amazing customer service- refreshing!!

The place looks great,very clean and the team that works there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Kaylee has treated me 3 times and the tattoo on my neck is almost gone already. I highly recommend this place.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to the front desk staff for going above and beyond on being so accommodating. I was able to see Dominique and Heidi on the same day even though I was scheduled to meet with Heidi today and then meet with Dominique a month later. Dominique is incredibly patient, kind, understanding and comforting of my apprehension of getting fillers for the first time. She has a wealth of knowledge so I was put at ease knowing I was in great hands. I drove 2.5 hours to go to her since she came highly recommended. It was absolutely worth it and I will gladly do it again. I also came in to meet with Heidi for a consultation for Halo laser and BBL. She was also very knowledgeable and we were able to figure out what would benefit me the most with the current condition of my skin. I look forward to making an appointment with her in the near future. Wonderful staff each and every one. I highly recommend.

After reading positive reviews and seeing the before and after photos, I knew that this place was right for my tattoo removal. All of the staff were so kind and non-judgmental about my tattoos which was a big deal for me. I originally booked a consultation and the very same day they started the process of removal for me. I admit I was a bit emotional after being stuck with these tattoos my entire teen and adult years and within minutes seeing them disappear so quickly. The procedure was so fast and painless and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for giving me my skin and my confidence back.

This was my first time getting anything beyond a facial. I had that broadband light treatment (BBL) this is my first session getting it done. The steps for preparing were clear with videos on their website and instructions from Heidi the Master Esthetician. The procedure its self was not very painful and and Heidi was a joy to chat with. It was a calming yet exciting experience. I’m looking forward to what the subsequent visits will help my skin achieve.I’ve since had two more bbl treatments and I love them. Also had Botox and fillers done here. I love that they are good with going slow and I keep my face looking the same but better, well rested and not snatched. Highly recommend.

Hi I just wanted to share my experience and gratitude for Dominique and Andrew and everyone at Well Medical Arts. I’m a trans man still early in my transition and that can be a very venerable and dysphoric place when the face looking back at you in the mirror doesn’t match the one inside your mind; so I’ve been slowly seeking out trans aesthetics in order to change my face to a more gender euphoric place. Dominique has been a wonderful resource and guide in my journey, providing a lot of positive feedback and advice as I slowly achieve my ideal appearance. I know changing from one gender aesthetic to another is still a new concept in cosmetic arts but the team at Well Medical Arts have been supportive and uplifting, providing a positive space to feel comfortable in my skin. This is the most important factor for anyone seeking aesthetic changes: a nonjudgmental space to fully express yourself and feel safe in the venerability and sometimes shame that’s needed to overcome in order to take the first step and seek out treatment. Even though I am moving states soon, I will fly back periodically just to utilize Dominique’s help in continuing to develop the masculine aesthetic I want, as well as maintain any aesthetic milestones that fill validating and euphoric.
