Dr. Cristea and her team are wonderful. They show a level of care that is above and beyond. Dr. Cristea not only demonstrates her superior dentistry skills, the way she talks with you, puts you at total ease. I would 100% recommend Williamette Dental and Northgate specialty for all your dental needs.

Every staff member I encountered was really lovely, with clear intentions to create a pleasant experience. I felt really heard when I expressed my concerns, and everything I asked for was done. I really like the focus on preventative care, and that drilling is a last resort. I have been to seven or eight dentists in the Seattle area, and this is the only office I have ever been eager to return to. Plus my teeth have never felt so clean!

This is for the Northgate location in Seattle. Would NOT recommend them. I started going last year b/c of a new job, my results were worse than normal (got 4s for the gum spacing testing). So I had everything cleaned & was OK. They scheduled my next cleaning 1 year later.Been trying to get a 2nd cleaning and having some light gum issues - they won't schedule one & tell me I should be OK with 1x/per year only. I've asked if my insurance is that bad, no answer. I tried again with complaints about bleeding gums, but no 2nd cleaning. I called later and said I would actually PAY for a cleaning - still "no" and the woman's response was that too many cleanings would harm the enamel, so they wouldn't do it. I hung up.I've dealt with this about 2mo now, but after that "enamel" comment and the hassle of NOT getting calls back as well as ignoring my requests - I'M DONE.

I have a very big fear of the dentist due to a previous root canal. The minute I arrived they made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. Dr Li was amazing and caring to my fears. She let me wear my air pods and gave me Nitrous which helped a lot. The only time I felt anything was during the numbing process and she was very good at that as well. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy that I came here for my root canal. I no longer fear going to get necessary work done. Do not hesitate and come here.
