Doctor Ellis is the best doctor we have visited so far. He has taken good treatment of my father for a long time.

I received was receiving care from a Bellingham Urologist and my P.S.A. and Gleason score was rising and I was advised something needed to be done to stop or remove the cancer. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Ellis was highly recommended. One of the advantages of Dr. Ellis is he performs several R.P. a week or over 125+ per year in Seattle. The Urologist in Bellingham performs only several R.P. per month. The surgery was performed at U.W. Hospital the highest rated hospital in Wa. State. Three days after the surgery I was feeling a lot better. One month later I am doing very well and looking forward to a follow up P.S.A. test 6 weeks after surgery.

I wasn't impressed with his "bedside manor". I didn't feel as though he cared about me. The surgery was not a success and he was basically done with me when my PSA numbers started going up and I was completely on my own at that point. Typical surgeon that was only concerned with SURGERY and no after care. Sorry I went to him.

Awesome surgeon I have complications after the surgery. Dr. Ellis returned back to the hospital late at night to perform emergency surgery on me. I’m very grateful for his dedication to his work.

In 2008 at the age of 44, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was blessed to be able to have Dr. Ellis and his staff look after me. They have been by my side ever since. It's because of them I am still here, and I will never be able to ever thank them enough for giving me a second chance at living a wonderful life. Absolutely by far the best Doctor I have ever had!

This man not only saved my husbands life he put our minds at ease after my husband was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer at age 56. He called us on the weekend to let us know that he would take care of it. Despite the fact that the cancer had broken out of the capsule, he was able to get clear margins and my husband had been cancer free for five years. Great surgeon and cares about people.

Had my cancerous prostate removed by Dr. Ellis who used the da Vinci robot to do the job. Amazingly smooth recovery. His team is exceptional as is the U of W facilities. Can't say enough of his skill and friendly manner.
