List of The Everett Clinic At Shoreline's Reviews
The location is super convenient. Clinic itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is very helpful and friendly and follow vivid protocols really well. I came here to see dermatologist Dr. Tiffany Shih, she was very knowledgeable and helpful to me, my appointment was super quick and informative.
I give them a one-star rating because they overbill their clients. They don't know how to follow insurance manuals so that they cannot bill insurance properly. Instead, they bill their clients more than 10X what the client owes and when questioned pretend that they have billed you properly. If you call them and tell them they billed you wrong they will refile and rebill again incorrectly and add late fees. It wasn't until I called my insurance and was made aware that the claims were not being filed correctly was anything resolved. Until The Everett Clinic overhauls their billing department and trains their billing personnel to properly follow insurance manuals, I am afraid you are likely to get overbilled and not even realize it unless you follow closely. Look elsewhere before you come here!
I love the Everett Clinic in Shoreline. Dr. Sidra Aslam is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. The only thing is that she is so popular that it is hard to get an appointment because of that. She is worth the wait though.
I scheduled an appointment to see the OGBYN. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment to inform me that they no longer have OGBYN in this facility. The place is new and very nice but not worth the lack of service and patient care.
Dr. Kiyonaga and Dr. Hewitt are both absolutely brilliant. I have been going to this clinic for almost over an year now and have always received the best care.Dr. Kiyonaga is the best pediatrician I have come across. Her manners and gentle ways of dealing with the little ones is simply amazing. She not only caters to your child's needs but also avidly listens to the parents and addresses all their health concerns regarding their child. Dr. Hewitt is the most empathetic and kind PCP. Highly recommended to all.
Thank you the Everett clinic in Shoreline when I needed you. Also Thanks to Dr. Leslie Greene and her staff. I highly recommend the Everett clinic in Shoreline. 8/1/2022 I'll be back.
Incompetent. Unprofessional. Frustrating. Unsupportive. An abomination of patient care.
Both experiences that I have had at this clinic have been negative. The wait times, although I know unavoidable were three hours long each time. The nurse barely said a word to me and just gave me a covid test but didn't recommend anything else even though my tonsils were huge so I requested a strep throat test. She took them and left the room. My results came up on my my chart. And it took them another 20 minutes to come tell me my results that I had already seen. I was hacking and wheezing. And I couldn't stop coughing but the doctor said there was nothing he could do but I told him I was worried and he just sent me home. Two days later I was rushed to the ER to find out I have pneumonia. I was not able to breathe and I felt like I was about to die. They don't take you seriously and for that I will never be back.
I went in a couple of times for a broken wrist. The front desk ladies weren't professional at all and had a horrible attitude, in fact one of them laughed and joked about my injury before I even finished telling her what happened to me. They had oppressive body language and really negative vibes. The wait times are ridiculously long. First time I came in, I waited for nearly 3 hours to be seen by my doctor with hardly any patients present. It was very obscure to me. Then I was told to come in and pick up documentation regarding my injury on Monday to find that I was given some misinformation and that they didn't actually have anything for me to pick up. Which left me feeling rather mortified. My overall experience with doctor Dana M Jackson was generally positive though. I felt she and the two nurses assisting her were very knowledgeable and empathic. But I definitely don't plan on coming back, this is one of the 'only if I have to' walk-in urgent care's for me.
After changing my care to the Everett Clinic over a year ago I felt it an appropriate time to provide a review. I found the clinic after searching for a specific specialist and was so grateful for the care, the actual listening done by the doctor and her entire staff that I switched my primary care here as well. After having additional positive interactions through my two doctors we changed care for my husband and my two teenage children. We see different primary doctors (our request) but all of us are extremely happy with the level of care. After having multiple doctors ignore my complaints I not only had one, but two doctors at this location listen and believe me, but they also worked to find a diagnosis and cure to the situation. Today specifically I had to call and change insurance information and had the pleasure of speaking with the nicest customer service rep I think I have ever encountered. She was able to make the changes, go back to a previous appointment and resubmit with no more effort on my part and made what's usually a horrible task (dealing with any part of insurance) into a quick, easy and done check mark on my day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
