List of The Everett Clinic's Reviews
Dishonest business practice, scheduling department set up a service which was not initially requested. Coding department did not accommodate a request for resolving improperly code office visit and I was extra charge because of their own mistakes. Otherwise facility and the doctors are great.
Had a fantastic 1st time experience in urgent care. Thank you Christine Hendrickson and team.
Solid medical care and doctors that listen. Four stars because the last two times I have gone they have been 30 minutes behind.
Very Helpful and Caring. Take and refer new patients in same day to either there or one of their clinics that have shortest waiting periods or by appointments.
Nice, modern set up. Patients and doctors are very separated so while the wait was reasonable, there was no hustle and bustle I've come to expect at a clinic so it felt longer and like I was the only person around.
The only interaction I have had with Everett Clinic is customer support for MyChart and all they wanted was to get me off the phone. The MyChart email only has one phone support number on it and when you call it you get the Everett Clinic. Why waste both our times by providing a number if you don't want people to call it?RE: Response from the ownerReasonably certain that if this were not a bot responding they would be able to read my response without my needing to call their number just to reiterate what I have already written. And why after a bad experience talking to one of their people would I want to speak another of their people?
This is a really nice facility and very clean, however, the lab is very, very slow…. Even with an appointment, plan to spend at least 30 minutes here.
I've had the best medical visit experiences at the Everett Clinic. The staff is kind and their operation is smooth and efficient. I'm used to having to wait over a half hour after my scheduled appointment to see a Doctor. Not here. I'm so grateful I made the decision to move my care to the Everett Clinic. They seem more up to date and modern then the old school healthcare clinics I've gone to in the past.
Took over 3 hours to see someone, I was told I wasn’t not a priority
After having an hearing test appointment with the Everett Clinic Hearing Center cancelled and rescheduled at least 3 times over the past few months (previous cancellations due to a fire) I finally was able to have an appointment today 7/13/2021 at the Everett location. Unfortunately it was in vain. The technician at the Hearing Aid Center told me that the hearing test was no good because ear wax in my ears affected the low frequency results of the hearing test. She recommended that I get the wax removed and reschedule the appointment for the hearing test. My frustration with the Everett Clinic Hearing Center is beyond the boiling point. If ear wax can be a factor in the hearing test results wouldn't it make sense to inform the patient and of this ahead of a scheduled appointment and recommend that ears be free of ear wax before a hearing test? After all the time that has expired and appointment after appointment cancelled couldn't the Hearing Aid Center make this recommendation to patients to come to their appointment free of ear wax or obstructions ahead of a hearing test appointment? This has been an ongoing total waste of my time. I was also told by the technician that they only deal with "Harmony Hearing" as a vendor for hearing aids and accessories because the Everett Clinic Billing doesn't have an I.R.S. "W-9" form on record with any other vendor. My wife is a TAX Accountant Professional. She has informed me that an I.R.S. "W-9" is a simple form to fill out and submit. In my experience "Harmony Hearing" is no longer a reliable source for Hearing Aids or their accessories and the technician admitted and concurred that this is the case. So, why are we patients stuck with a non-performing vendor? The Everett Clinic is aware that last year, 2020, "Harmony Hearing" took months to obtain authorization for ear molds and provided erroneous billing process information throughout. The Everett Clinic used to be professionally operated and customer service oriented. It is no longer! This is more continuation of ineptness and poor customer service. My scheduled appointment on July 13, 2021 at 10 AM was for a Hearing Test and consultation for new hearing aids that I am due under my Washington State Industrial Injury L&I Claim. The technician at the Everett Clinic Hearing Center began the hearing test but stopped it because she said I had ear wax in both ears affecting my hearing of the low frequency tone ranges. and the result of the test would not be accurate. She recommended that I go have the wax removed and make another appointment for a Hearing Test. I made an appt. for 3:40 PM that same day at the Everett Clinic walk-in clinic in Snohomish. I arrived at 3:30 PM and checked-in. Dr. Li did not see me until 4:20 PM. He inspected both ears and told me that he really didn't see very much wax in them and they probably didn't need cleaning but that he would clean them anyway. He rinsed out both ears thoroughly and showed me the very minimal wax that was flushed out. I couldn't believe it! After months of waiting for an appt. and having at least 3 cancelled and rescheduled I feel the Hearing Center technician sent me on a wild goose chase by not performing or completing the hearing test I was finally scheduled to have on 7/13/21. Then to top it off the Walk-in Clinic made me wait almost an hour for my scheduled appt. and Dr. Li there tells me that my ears are pretty clear. Am I frustrated with your really poor customer service and angry at the Everett Clinic for wasting so much of my time? Yes! Totally Pissed!!!!! Improve your customer service!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
