I had a painful and embarrassing skin condition that I've suffered from for many years before seeing Dr. Shih. I was in and out of ERs and unable to work. She knew exactly what I had and put me on a medication that has cleared things up and now I'm able to work and sleep again. So thankful for her!

So dismissive and rushed. Barely spent 5 minutes with me, prescribed an expensive cream for rosacea that did literally nothing. Will be looking for a different doctor

For both visits only spent 5 minutes with me and didn't listen. I still have the same problem and she refuses to explore other options. Condescending and has no compassion for her patients.

The nurse spent more time carefully listening to me then the doctor. Literally 5 minutes was spent half-heartedly listening. The result was an incorrect diagnosis and prescription that complete exacerbation of my condition to a painful and highly damaged state. When I provided pictures of how my skin was progressively flaring in less than 24hrs I was told to continue with the course and increased the time on this steroid for an additional week! Worse part, I see the bill for the 5min of incorrect diagnosis, $500+ ... Shameful! She is throwing meds without properly taking the time to review the progression or look at the condition with any degree of care. She simiply does not care about her patients, but the dollars, period.
