Dr. Keech was very personable . He was 45 minutes late for our appointment which showed a complete lack of respect for his patients. He also mentioned age at least 15 times. He did not listen to the actual symptoms which were counter to the prescription that he prescribed, The nurses were very knowledgeable and were trying to answer the questions. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Dr Keech is a rare doctor who doesn't insist you take meds, buy unnecessary devices, or have unnecessary procedures. He's great.

Newly moved to Silverdale, I had no established relationship with an ENT but needed to see someone on short notice for a severe case of dizziness. I was able to get in to see Dr. Keech the next day. He was clear in explaining the diagnosis and what about my symptoms led him to that diagnosis. The only negative at all was the hour and 15 minutes beyond appointment time to see him. Great staff, pleasant environment, lots of parking.

Excellent Care, from the initial phone call with my concern, to the Receptionist Chris and ladies front office, plus the Nurse Kim and Crystal. When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait my turn in queue as the schedule was very busy that day. However, when it was my turn from the nurse Kim to Dr. Keech I had their undivided attention and excellent care. The nurse and Dr. Both listened to my concerns and answered all my questions and as anxious As I was their calmness and caring put me at ease. I was not rushed through. I have total trust in this team. In this time especially with Doctors and staff often being overwhelmed to get this level of care was a blessing.

Waited and waited for my ENT appointment so I could finally get some answers to a chronic problem. Instead I was talked at and down to for all of 5 minutes and sent away. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. It was appalling.
