Front Street Clinic Silverdale's Online Review Report Card

Do not go here. The people here only want money and couldn't care less how they get it. Not to mention using you as an unsuspecting guinea pig for new medications without telling you so. The physician I saw, Kim Young Oak, admitted to not know what was wrong with me but still gave me medications without trying to figure out why the previous diagnosis could be wrong and why the medications she was giving me weren't working. She ended up putting me on a medication that was so severe in reactions I almost lost my ability to communicate and in her brilliance, instead of weaning me off of it, told me to quit cold turkey. That took me 7 months to recover from! And yet the minute their billing department forgot to bill me for something, all hell broke loose. She had the audacity to spend an appointment, that I paid for, telling me how busy she is and that she can't help anyone without them paying and how everyone wants something from her. Even though it was the billing departments fault for not using my debit card on file to pay the 80$ fee for her to sign a paper for me for FMLA (and that's WITH insurance!) They blocked my number when I called too much asking for the paperwork and put me on indefinite hold if I called from another phone. Then, 7 months after not seeing or scheduling any appointments, as I am seen by a new doctor not from Front Street Clinic, I got an email stating that i was scheduled for an appointment in august! I had to call and cancel so I wouldn't be caught with a 200$ no show fee for an appointment I never wanted! DO NOT GO HERE!

I've been seen by 2 different psychiatrists at this clinic location. The first experience was so bad that I wouldn't see anyone again for a few years. It doesn't look like he's still there, but the last one I saw for TMS is. She made accusations with zero proof in the form of an email. Then, she had her office staff call me and follow up on the accusation. I hope she's more careful of what she says and does now, especially working in the mental health field. May be time to retire.

Be careful about about going here. They broke HIPAA and sent me someone else’s medical information via email on “accident”.

Forever grateful for Laken Vargo for helping me through my anxiety and depression! Being able to feel 100% comfortable with him my first session was a huge sigh of relief. If you're reading these reviews in hopes of finding a counselor I could not recommend Laken enough! Thank you Laken for everything!

I am so thankful for this clinic! I have 2 children that needed help with medication and therapy. We were able to get testing done, find a medication provider, and start therapy sessions. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, it amazes me that they can provide so many different services all in one clinic. Thank you!

If you get told you're on a "waitlist" go somewhere else. I've wasted 9 months of my life between the 2 separate times I was told I was on a wait list. Once for myself and once for my son. When I did finally get a scheduled appointment it was 6 months out. I understand everyone is extremely busy right now but basic consideration should still be upheld.

I can't speak for the Doctors but the front staff is absolutely unprofessional, rude and untrained in my opinion. I made an appointment with someone else who was much more understanding via the phone.

My family has frequented this place for the last three years, their care as been exceptional. Mrs Kim Young Oak put alot of hard work into my families case and even referred us to other providers for individual therapists. TMS treatment was also fantastic and a great option for those it works for. Our TMS technician Kim has been incredibly effective in working some of our family through the TMS process. Thank you so much Front Street Clinic!

Front Street made an appointment w/me for Dr. Bradley and as the date approached told me she was not taking anymore patients and I could call and schedule w/someone else. When I called, they said there was no one available to see me. Wasted about 3 weeks of mine.

Life and family saving! My daughter has been seen at KMH and PCHC whose treatment was drugs, drugs and more drugs. And not specific to the patient. Made a deal with my daughter to try Front Street Clinic. If she continued and changed her behavior, I would continue to pay (not covered by medicaide). She has changed! She and we are happier, work as a team and she is growing to really believe in herself. They have done a lot to help her help herself. I want to thank all members of that staff for a great job. I am a nurse and know a little about psychiatric drugs. The professional prescribing and adjusting her meds is good. I just wish she would listen to my daughter's concern about increasing her doses so quickly, it is causing her more anxiety (no, I'm not trying to enable). It's a blessing to be a close family after soooooo many years. They have done wonders. THANK YOU! BTW, when you read the "1" star reviews, check out those person's reviews about other places, they generally are not happy with most businesses and possibly with life?
