Dr. Hoisington was both of my children's pediatrician since their birth and we all loved him. He is excellent with children! We recently had to move out of state and I'm sad that we had to leave him behind.

Awful customer service. Terrible idea for them to wait until the DAY BEFORE my daughter's doctor appointment to call me about issues with Tricare, and then not answer when I try to call them back. Especially since I call Tricare and find out that GUESS WHAT? The only person that can fix the problem is the provider's office!!!! I calmly explained to the receptionist what the Tricare representative had told me: that Tricare will still cover a well child visit in the meantime while waiting for the provider to call Tricare and correct the issue. She continued to argue with me over the phone, and did not offer her apologies for the confusion or last minute notification. I don't recommend going to this office, or any provider at this office, period. Not friendly to military members.

Today had a appointment with Dr. Hoisington at the Dr. Clinic at 220. After taking off work sitting in the clinic room for 20 minutes, a nurse comes in to our room and moves us out saying you have to see your primary doctor. WHAT? Now we have been waiting 40 minutes and No Doctor. While I have another important appointment to go to, I go to talk with the nurse to let them know they moved me to another doctor without my consent and I've been waiting with my sick son for 40 minutes and now I have to leave without care to my child. All of a sudden Dr. Hoisington come out of a room BARKING at me about "I don't see other doctors patients." "This is the front office problem." He treated me and my family like our time doesn't matter. He made it clear he feels he's more important then the kids that come in there. Last time I checked our money pays for their living! I hope who reads this leaves the Doctors Clinic. Unless you like to be treated like garbage.

Dr. Hoisington is a wonderful pediatrician! He is so good with my son and very thorough. His staff is always kind and attentive.

I am so glad my OB (who is also wonderful! ) recommended Dr Hoisington for our son's pediatrician! He's been great with him and us. Dr. Hoisington has just the perfect amount of dry humor to calm nervous parents. Just great!!

Always able to squeeze my kids in when needed, office staff are super sweet, MAs are great with the kids and Dr.Hoisington himself has always been great. explains everything, very understanding and personable.
