I had a laparoscopic appendectomy with Dr. Chung and returned to her when I needed a robotic hernia repair. I'll choose her again for any general surgery that I or my family members need. I've been extremely pleased with her knowledge, care, approach, bedside manner, availability, and follow up. Also, her office staff is extremely responsive to requests for information, help with medications, etc. In an era where "corporate run healthcare" can be frustrating to deal with, Dr. Chung and her staff really stand out with an old school attentiveness and level of care.

Two surgeries with Dr. Chung. First was a laparoscopic appendectomy and next was a robotic hernia repair. I lived both times. Dr. Chung's bedside manner is everything you want in your surgeon; attentive, informative, knowledgeable, caring, amicable and relaxing. You can tell the hospital staff respects her. That speaks volumes. Also the office staff at her clinic is excellent with response times when I needed information or help with medication.

Seamless. I had hernia surgery. I had pain for two days afterward but no complications. The anesthesiologist was fantastic. I wish there had been better communication the following morning by the aftercare team (they could call out - if you missed the call you could not call them back). But I have confidence in her.

Dr. Chung is a great listener and gives me honest straightforward, but compassionate answers/responses. She is professional, but cordial and make me feel very comfortable asking difficult questions.

I accepted a referral to Dr. Chung. When I met with her prior to surgery, she dismissed my concern that my situation was unique, and offered reassurance. I did not heed the yellow flag that she was not listening to the patient. The aftermath of the procedure is a disaster: constant pain (much worse than before surgery) and two remedial surgeries by another MD. I believe she cut something she shouldn't have cut, precisely because, as I feared, the problem was in an unusual, difficult-to-access location. I have pain, reduced activity, and less trust in doctors. Do not let this surgeon work on you.

Dr. Chung has performed two surgeries on me. I am pleased with the outcome on both. Dr. Chung is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the procedures and answering my questions. She also does follow up appointments to monitor my recovery. Dr. Chung is caring and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Chung.

Great experience with Dr. Chung. Compassionate, attentive, and skilled. Would definitely see her again.

Dr. Kelli Chung accommodated my schedule which was a huge request by me. She has performed multiple surgeries on me. She was an excellent communicator describing in detail what the procedures would be and what she expected for my commitment to assist in the healing process. Being in my 60's, and as I continue to age, healthcare is more of a focus, and Dr. Kelli Chung will always be my surgeon of choice!

she doesnt ask her patients about all there medical history all she does is has vitals and then does the surgury without knowing anything about the patient not a good surgeon don't have this person do any kind of surgery for you get someone else.
