List of Scott Reichard's Reviews
Over 25 people wrapping around the parking lot, outside, in the cold, and growing fast. They don't allow us accommodations to wait inside? Ok... At least let us wait inside our cars somehow! More people are giving up than getting in to be seen, and no accommodations for elderly, or disabled. So our options are to stand in the parking lot, or go home. These are sick people, not concert goers... There are so many better ways than this!!!
Absolutely no understanding of what customer case is about. Rude over the phone when calling with concerns.
Staff seems nice , the nurse very patient and understanding. Wait time wasn’t horrible but it was long. They check you in and you wait in your vehicle. Dr Scott Reichard, MD was very nice. Rushed which is somewhat understandable but he was nice and cordial. I hurt my back so I went in. I also just had heart surgery 2 months ago so he was a little concerned about my respiration. But did a exam to make sure nothing was wrong with lungs and my ticker. Got some muscle relaxers and went home. Still hurts like hell so probably going to my pcp. Reason for the 3 stars not 5 was because of the rushed feeling and not that great of pain management. Though I understand the precautions doctors need to take with that but a little more open minded would be nice.
Staff is kind, and efficient. I went in for an earache, and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Best urgent care in town.
I'd never been there before, but was helped quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and the environment was very calming unlike the institutional/sterile feeling you get in most urgent care establishments. My visit took roughly 30 minutes, and they sent my prescription immediately to the pharmacy. I assume that I came at a good time though, around 10am on a weekday. 4 stars only because their thermometer was one of those old things you have to hold under your tongue.
I received prompt and exceptionally compassionate care from both medical professional who saw me today, which is not always typical in urgent care settings. The staff here is going over and above to help me beyond this single visit. Highly recommend.
I wouldn’t even give them one star! I have insurance but was turned away cause they obviously don’t accept my insurance! It’s BS! If you have insurance they should accept it! And then send me to a place that doesn’t even exist!
Very efficient and they do see you rather quickly. Had flu symptoms, waited maybe 15 mins as a walk-in, doctor saw me within 10 mins of going back to exam room, got the usual battery of questions related to flu and was given r/x for my cough and antibiotics. They accept Cigna and co-pay was billed. If you need care right away and can’t get into your primary, this is the place to come.
I was very impressed with him, he was well knowledgeable even with my child’s health conditions. I did not have to reiterate how important it is for my son to receive specific testing as a precaution and treatment if necessary, he already knew. He respected my knowledge and handed me test results to put me at ease. I had a wonderful experience. Typically this is not the case for me in urgent care. If he was a pediatrician I would ask if he could take on my children as patients. Thank you

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
