Safe and clean
Do not let DR. Kelli Chung preform any surgery on you if you value your life, horrible surgeon, horrible bed side manner. Almost killed me and admitted it at a follow up because I went to a different hospital due to her negligence. STAY AWAY FROM HER! SHES HORRIBLE!
These people are the nicest. They really seem to be caring and knowledgeable both. I was actually impressed by the care I received in their day surgery. The doctors are good too.
I really liked the dr but my problem is with the rest of the people who work there. They absolutely do not return phone calls. They say they turn your paperwork into insurance to get procedure done when in fact they don’t, so you sit and wait. For Nothing and stay in pain. The people who answer phone are very rude. They are not helpful at all. They have made me feel like I’m a bother and they dislike you. I do not recommend. I wish I could see the dr if he had better people working for him.
Dr himself was nice enough, but the treatment options he gave were substandard so I’ve had to go to Seattle to get any real diagnosis (MRI was needed but not offered here despite my PPO; they treat you like you’re on an HMO regardless - why is the Dr limiting my care options the first & only time I came here?)Can’t get my records despite several requests, so had to get & pay for new X-rays elsewhere because this place simply won’t send mine. If they can’t have you, no one will? The confusing, backwards, noncommunicative corporate billing process alone sadly makes it unusable (& regrettable. I should have listened to the reviews & just headed over the water, but it was COVID & I was trying not to travel. Now I have a 1-star abusive collections agency calling me at 6am over something I never saw a bill for; I pay my bills, what even is happening here). You will waste time, money, and sanity here, only to have to go elsewhere to redo all your tests. This place is 5 min from my house, but now I travel 2 hours to a Dr who didn’t limit my options due to whatever corporate rules he has to adhere to.Run!!!
I've been here a few times in the past couple years. I've always been treated with respect and kindness. Love the doctors and the support staff and would highly recommend!
Dr. Zizak is a wonderful doctor who listened to me and took me seriously when I needed my tonsils removed. He was realistic with me and let me make an informed decision about my care. I highly recommend going to him.
I have been seeing a hand specialist and going to physical therapy the at The Doctor's Clinic. Each of the medical professionals have been Very Good. They are knowledgeable, kind, and professional.
Spending more time assessing symptoms and seeing what could be going on instead of sending people away
If you have Medicare and have an eye exam, be prepared to pay up front that day so you can walk out with a copy of your new eye prescription. If you don’t pay that day then they’ll bill you at a significantly higher rate. When I questioned why patients aren’t told this when they schedule the appointment, I was told, “you must have talked to one of the schedulers that does the physical therapy appointments at the same desk.” So that’s your excuse to not educate your staff so patients aren’t caught off guard? Definitely not a patient friendly facility, it’s all about the money. Would never recommend this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
