I absolutely love my dentist and the staff. I feel heard and respected. I always know that I'm getting the best care in Kitsap
Dentist Huynh was great for my child. But not myself. Apparently, he's leaving?! Is that why he didn't care to listen to me? Why do the dentist keep leaving at this branch? I had a great dentist before the prior reviews I've made. Dentist Visits are something I never look forward to especially when I know I'm getting a filling. Anybody who's a redhead knows that you have to be renumbed sometimes. Unfortunately, I also deal with TMJ. Mr. Huynh seemed to be in a rush today. I came in for tooth discomfort, after x-ray and getting in the chair he greeted me and began numbing me. At this point, I didn't know what was going on. Hoping he would tell me as he was doing whatever he was doing. They numbed me and walked away for a few minutes. Assuming for it to kick in, I asked the assistant what was going on. She informed me of what was to happen. (Temp filling before seeing if it was to be a future root canal)Was the prior filling chipped/broken? (their work too) They did not say other than there "was a big gap" The problem is they both asked me at 2 different points if I felt numb. And I felt kind of numb, even when they came in and started working. They didn't renumb me. It wasn't until after he started drilling that I motioned that I could still feel it. (Painful) In which he numbed me quite a bit at least. But when mostly done with the procedure I tapped on my cheek with the hopes that they would give me a break from the TMJ bite block. At this point, I wasn't trying to freak out. But I'd also been dealing with congestion in the way I was tilted back, I felt like I had sleep apnea. And I was having a hard time breathing! I expressed that and they were telling me just to breathe through my nose. Said 'maybe you're dealing with congestion'. I was trying not to panic! I already have to deal with being renumbed every 'filling visit' as well as having TMJ. Those bring on anxiety enough! But the dentist put it into higher drive today. I just wanted to get it done. But he made it such a negative experience that I wouldn't want to go again to him! I just felt like a patient that had a number on their head. 'Get em down and out of the way.' I am so close to going to another branch. Miss Dr. Chinn........ **** older** We used to like coming here over the past 10ish years. They also used to automatically remind us of when we were due for another visit. I was told during covid they shut off their reminders. I let them know on my last visit, about 2 years ago now, I still wasn't getting reminders. Clearly, it's not changed. But my family will not come back here again. There is a new Dentist lead (not sure of the title) that made myself and my child uncomfortable. While chatting he kept putting his hand on my child's arm. It made me feel very uneasy but held my opinion on the matter until after the visit. I asked how my child felt about the visit. They/them/him/her did not feel comfortable with him. The biggest downside to this is there is only ONE on this side of the water! So we will have to cross the toll bridge to see a different person. 2 stars because the rest of the staff is great!

I have had my fair share of dental issues in my life. Willamette dental has always looked out for me and made sure I felt listen to and comfortable with them working on my teeth. They display hi professionalism and great dental work consistently I really appreciate them
Dr. Liu, who speaks Chinese, is great! Patient, careful and professional.
Actually listen and take care, only dental group that doesn't feel like they are scamming you
Dr. Woody is great. Staff are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Willamette and the Silverdale location.
had the best hygienist I have ever had. love the whole dentist experience here
Very poor service n management... I've delt with Willamette for a few years now. Haven't been impressed at all but my latest visit do to a broken tooth was by far the last straw for me. They didn't fix the tooth (only did a temp fix) an bill my insurance $400 something, an try to charge me $80 an tell me I need to schedule an appointment to get my tooth fixed? But won't schedule me to fix it until I pay the pervious bill? Isn't that why I went to the dentist the 1st time to get the tooth fixed? To me its double dippin on funds when they could of fixed it the 1st time by pulling it like I'd asked. Then I'm told whay the dentist says goes vs what the patient says? My mouth hurts worse now (after there temp fix) then it it before ... i even reached out multiple times calmly to deal with this situation an I'm told if I don't like the way the place is ran then j don't need t go there. So I'll gladly find a new dentist office who will actually listen to what needs done an not charge me for multiple trips n visits when things can be fixed thr 1st time. Furthermore when I left a bad review on there website, they reach out publicly quick to say they will be kn touch shortly... 4 days later I have still not heard from anyone
Biggest joke of all dentist places... I made an appointment to get a broken tooth ether fixed or pulled ... they schedule me to get it fixed but only do a temporary fix an bill me an my insurance, but won't make a new appointment to fix the tooth or pull it permanently until I pay the pervious bill? Isn't that why I made the appointment in the 1st place to ether pull or fix the tooth? To me its double dipping on finances an insurance.. I've made complaints an inwas told to pay the bill or goto collections.. NOONE goto them for dentist work.. I'd give em 0 stars if I could... Sad part is, most of thr workers are very nice an caring.. just a screwed up monopoly to fatten the pockets of others

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
