Once again,It’s not the Drs,It’s the automatons that run the office,From Nurse to scheduling,Phone calls go unanswered,Lies will be told...One of the worse run businesses I’ve come across

I love Dr Yee, but the staff is incredible rude and lazy. Very sad. I can’t describe how frustrating it is to have a depressing illness and then have the staff treat you like garbage. The pharmacists unfortunately have to deal with their rudeness as well when handling my medication issues. The staff in his office must be working under horrible conditions to all act in this manner.

We have positive experiences with Dr. Yee over the years that my wife and I have received his services. He is booked pretty solid throughout the year , so it is not always easy to get an appointment. His beside manner is very good; he is thorough; and he does explain what he is looking for and and what he finds. I have undergone both colonoscopy and EGD procedures under Dr. Yee without complications or side effects. His care is appreciated.

Dr.yee himself is the only good thing about this place. The front desk ladies are super rude. Especially Zenny, she has a bad attitude and needs to work on her customer service. I had a procedure 2 months ago. I never got my results in the mail. So I called for over a month.they never answered.I finally called their physicians number and complained to them and I had my answer in 5 minutes. Now I’ve waited 2 more months for my follow up and “zenny” decides to have an attitude with me. I took time off work to be here, and have been dealing with medical issues for months without any help. She also felt obligated to let the whole office know I have passed due bills that need to be paid and the cost. I get they have a sign that says privacy cannot be maintained audibly. But you could try zenny.

Horible...... An endoscope was shoved down my throat causing severe damage for six months I had no voice. I was spitting blood and in ten times the pain I was in when I went in desperately needing help. Called the next day in tears and excruciating pain. Yee said... " oh you need several to ent....oh...cell phone ring got to go..... And he hung up on me. What the hell is wrong with this moron. He caused me more pain and no answers. No trust..faith in that person....will never refer to that so called doctor cause a doctor is supposed to do no harm and he did a lot!!!!!!

Knew a lot more and more empathetic than our previous doctor.

I had a lot of anxiety about seeing a Gastro doc. Dr. Yee was very positive, encouraging, and caring, both at the preliminary visit and procedure. I am glad I was able to see him, and will return.

Getting an appointment is physically impossible even though you have been seeing the doctor there as a primary. Two months out for an appointment freaked ridiculous! My wife finally got to see her doctor. Dr. Yee and it went well until she got a copy of her re ords and low and behold.... the doctor writes Munchenhausen?? On top of the first sheet of paper. What is the hell is that????? He writes this after being very understanding with all my wife is going through. I would not recommend this clinic nor the doctors there. Not to mention the check in staff are rude and hung up the phone on my wife. Terrible!!!! Garbage!!!

Not professional. Patien wait one hour and he said that's normal at any doctors office. Bad customer services.
