List of The Everett Clinic At Snohomish Walk-In Clinic Urgent Care's Reviews
I showed up early. Got some test and diagnosis. Seems professional. No complaints.
Rude for no reason at all. Doctors and nurses are fine, you just have to get past the assholes at the front desk. Is there anywhere else in Snohomish I can go?
I called to see if I could make a appointment, online or? The person I talked to was unable to answer just basic questions, he said, "your asking all these questions I can't answer" completely flustered. ???? Hours, appointment availability, insurance accepted? BASICS. REALLY unproffesional & less than installing any confidence in there ability to serve the general public. Horrible first impression that steared me elsewhere quickly.
On January 21, 2023, I was trying to take my 5-month old in to be seen because she was crying on and off for most of the late afternoon and we weren’t sure what was wrong. I called the clinic phone number at 4:32 pm and the person I talked to said that as long as I check-in before 5 pm, my daughter would be seen by a doctor. She did mention a couple other Everett Clinic urgent care locations that were no longer accepting new patients for the day but did not say anything alluding to the Snohomish location being at capacity. We left home right after that phone call knowing we’d arrive right before 5 pm. Unfortunately, when I got to the front door with my daughter in her car seat at about 4:55 pm, the front doors were already locked. I understand that at closing time, it’s time for staff to leave but please train the people who answer the phones to tell patients to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing or whatever the protocol is - it was very misleading and I was under the impression we’d be checked in and my infant would be seen by a doctor. Or communicate to the people answering the phones that the clinic is at capacity, if that is the case. It was a complete waste of time, I was worried about my infant and she was fussy/crying. To top it off, someone unloading a van into the back saw me out front and walked inside to talk to the woman at the front desk to tell her about me. Only then did she come open the door and talk to me. I had previously knocked on the door and she didn’t look up so maybe she didn’t hear me? When she did talk to me, there was no “I’m sorry” or remorse seeing me there with my baby, she instead coldly told me that the doctor said they were no longer accepting new patients for the day and referred me to the Providence walk-in clinic in Monroe. At least I had a great experience there! At Providence, they told me they tell patients to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to be seen (makes sense and if that was the case at the Everett urgent care clinic in Snohomish and if they had communicated that to me, I never would have driven there. I would have gone somewhere else first with my crying infant). For any future urgent medical needs, I will be taking my daughters and directing my husband to the Providence walk-in clinic in Monroe.
No stars. Everett clinic walk in clinic in Snohomish has no problem turning patients away. 3.5 hours before they close. There's 1 patient in the waiting room. Has Everett clinic policy changed so dramatically that it excludes patient care as a priority? Evidently yes.
WARNING!!!! Worst Experience at a clinic to date. I’ve had a sinus infection from the smoke this season for the past 2 weeks. I called the day before to get an appointment, and they told me that they couldn’t create an appointment, but that it was a walk-in, and I would be able to be seen. (This was big, because I don’t have a car- and they are JUST within walking distance. ) Things changed once I arrived. The ladies seemed pleasant at first, but as soon as I walked to the counter this old white lady started getting uppity and weird. She didn’t even ask me any questions, just stared at me- and then when I give her my ID and insurance, she cops an attitude and tells me that they don’t take my insurance, and just flat out refused to let me be seen. As I’m walking away with tears in my eyes to walk home, someone calls out that maybe I could try Monroe. Worst experience to date.
Just called to see if they were accepting walk in patients- receptionist said it depends on my insurance? Then said they aren't accepting new United healthcare patients. I said it sounds like I can't go in, and the lady said I can, I just need to bring my health insurance and my ID. Make up your mind? What if I had United Healthcare, or didn't have any insurance at all. Let me finish my questions before you interrupt me with answers to questions I didn't ask. Annoying. Won't be going here.
Receptionist is incompetent and did not allow me to see a doctor. She must have graduated medical school with honors.
EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT! AVOID! Made an appointment for our child's 18 month check up. We showed up and the receptionist ran our insurance and claimed it was "inactive". We had just paid our insurance bill and I knew it was a mistake. After telling me I would have to pay out of pocket and printing out "proof" that it was inactive, I decided to reschedule to not deal with it. After confirming with my insurance company that my policy was in fact active, I read the "proof" that was provided to me and sure enough it said ACTIVE on the sheet. Lucky for us she said "we wouldn't be billed for our cancelled visit", unfortunately that doesn't get half of my wasted day back.
Rude. Wouldn't see my daughter at the walk-in for what was literally a 5 minute appointment to sign a form for school. And so rude about it too

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
