Had 2nd hip replacement surgery on 6/5/23. The care and treatment at NWOS is very good. Waited a long time for Dr. Reinhard, but trusted him all along.

Dr. Reichard and his NWOS team are superior. Starting with Dr. Reichard’s scheduler Brian, who is kind, nurturing, communicative and works hard to work Dr. Reichard’ schedule. Every person I had contact with from the nurses to his coordinator have been so patient and nurturing. I cannot recommend Dr. Reichard enough. Dr. Reichard himself is an excellent surgeon who is patient, answers all questions and honestly cares about you as a patient. At all times, all NWOS employees have been communicative and consider the immediate needs of the patient. When I did the injury that caused this knee replacement, I had a traumatic experience with the hospital and the surgeon who handled me. This experience has been leaps and bounds above my last experience and I am so grateful that I found NWOS and Dr. Reichard!

For my right knee replacement. The first one-left-he did six years ago when we lived in Spokane and was so good we drove across the state to have the second one done, and was not disappointed. Great, friendly, helpful staff-a really well oiled machine unusual in the current state of our medical systems. I'm picky-i'm a retired physician.

I like Dr Reichard. I had many questions as I had a knee replacement in AZ. He was very patient and answered my questions and throughly explained things to me. He was very professional but explained things until I understood.

Dr. Reichard and his staff and the entire NWOS team made my recent hip replacement surgery a smooth and low stress experience. I had all the information needed every step of the way including post surgery calls from the staff to monitor my progress. I highly recommend Dr. Reichard and NWOS.

Knowledgeable and personable: used my left hip x-ray to explain how my 14 year old total right hip replacement was holding up and illustrated that my pelvis was slightly tilted and demonstrated by placing thin wedges under my feet that he would be able to “straighten” the tilt by making a slight change in the length of my leg when he does the surgery. He listened to me. He explained that I would be screened by phone to see if I should have the procedure Don in the surgery center or in the hospital. He apologized for how long the wait was for surgery. I trust him already.
