I felt as though this practice was extremely unorganized and highly overpriced. I made my appointment with Dr. Cochran, however I never met the doctor during my cleaning. I later learned that the practicing doctor on duty was his wife. Being a new patient does warrant meeting the doctor however no courtesy was extended to even introduce herself to me. What was more upsetting is that my partner accompanied me during my visit as he had an appointment as well and he was quoted about $300 higher in price for a crown; mind you this was WITH insurance. I suddenly realized how they are paying for the free chapstick at the receptionist desk. My best advise for anyone considering this establishment is to run. Youd be better off at an honest and modest dental office. Dont get looped into paying for their expensive office or home amenities beyond modest.
