Dr. McDonald repaired 2 massive rotator muscles and a 3rd as well as reattached biceps tendon. The staff were amazing getting through intake and post surgery. Dr. McDonald explained everything and answered my questions. I give my highest recommendations for him and the entire organization. I’m grateful for the work they did for me.

Dr. McDonald was very thorough checking both my knees. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He showed me my x-rays and explained what he saw, regarding both my knees and the problems I was having with them. I didn’t get a straight answer from other doctors that I had seen. I appreciate that he took the time to answer all of my questions and let me know what I could do to help myself and what the next steps were for me to take care of what I needed to alleviate the pain that I am in. I am very glad that I was able to see him.

I have such great praises for the facility and the staff. Dr McDonald has done so much for me and my family. He has done both my knees and my husband had both hips done…other doctors wanted us to wait for the required age but he saw our pain and that waiting was not in the picture. When asked would you recommend this doctor; well ask him. Several members in my family and out have gone to him. Wonderful place to go if you a few bones fixed.

He was very busy so I understand but I think he was more interested in doing a full knee replacement or hip replacement than less invasive procedures, just my opinion,we'll see.

My total right knee replacement by Dr McDonald was 11 days ago. My results could be atypical but I have had minimal pain even though I stopped pain pills after three days. I am now walking in the house quite well with little reliance on my cane. This is my second major joint replacement through NWOS and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about my surgeries.

The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Dr Mcdonald was very knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. The surgery staff were very polite, front office very efficient, clean facility, recovery staff very polite and caring. Nice they have this at their facility, much better than a full hospital with who knows what sickness is floating around.
