The staff is so caring and have the best bedside manner then any other medical facility, I am so thankful this place is here.

I was under the care of Option Care Health for 5 weeks. I was doing daily infusions and medications thru a picc line. I would never recommend them for care. My nurse was always rushed and rude. Sometimes the bandage would come off and I would have to call for an emergency replacement. I thought I was a good patient but apparently they called my physicians office to complain about me being uncompliant. I always called and talked to nurses. Several times they had scheduled me an appointment but didn’t have a nurse so I was driving around wasting time money and precious energy. I will never understand how it was now my fault and they couldn’t care for me. If you have a family member in the Spokane area needing infusion care there are many better places I would suggest other than Option Care HealthI was under the care of Option Care Health for 5 weeks. Don't bother with this infusion center, they are absolute garbage. THREE times in the last year I have been unable to get my Remicade infusion for crohns (or correct dosage at time of infusion) due to their disorganization. I got called this morning, 2.5 hours before my scheduled infusion, and was told that they could not do my infusion because they were still working on getting it approved through insurance (no one ever communicated this to me). If you have a medical condition that's reliant on timely infusions, then look somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.Don't bother with this infusion center, they are absolute garbage.
