Very kind and courteous. The Doctor listened to all my concerns and was very thorough. Highly recommended. Fast and easy xrays and instructions.

The office staff was very helpful and nice on the phone. They worked very hard to get me in , even calling me to move up my appointment when an earlier one opened up. At the office, everyone was cheerful and helpful, pointing out the way through check in and pointing out which door the next staffer would come to get me. Dr. Stewart was cheerful and listened to all my concerns and the history of my injury. I did not feel rushed and did not feel that he was rushing to move on. He gave me some possibilities and pointed out the next steps. I left feeling I had been heard and that we had a plan for continuing to determine what had happened, and what my options would be for treatment or no treatment.

I received great care every step of the way. I was given a diagnosis and an honest assessment of possible surgical outcomes.I had my first surgery at NWOS and everyone from schedulers, surgical staff and Dr. Stewart were kind and compassionate.

Great team that work with Doctor Stewart. The nurses, schedulers, administrative staff, and doctors are all great to deal with. They are helpful, informative, and all seem to be a happy team.

Terrible service. I was supposed to receive an x-ray and exam on my shoulder, i got neither. I asked about reimbursement of the $300+ they had me pay for an xray, since i didnt receive the services i was supposed to, they said no. You pay the price either way. Shady crooks. Thieves.
