Carol Guthrie's Online Review Report Card

Totally unprofessional. Went in to talk about removing a tumor in my breast that’s been growing, and she felt the need to verbally ATTACK me because I don’t want a vaccine that hasn’t been around long enough to have real stats on long term effects. I’d give negative stars if I could. I’ve had some rude doctors, but she is definitely the rudest I’ve had so far.

If I could give this doctor negative stars I would. She thinks it’s okay to make girls feel bad about the way their body looks. A totally healthy woman can go in here and she’ll try to tell them that they won’t fit in the MRI machine.

This doctor is completely unprofessional, take your business elsewhere. This doctor feels the need to tell people that she should have weight loss surgery and that there’s no way that they will fit in the MRI machine. She also thought it would be appropriate to say that the surgeon would laugh when they saw them on the table. I HIGHLY do not recommend. I went in to talk about preventative surgery and she made me feel like I was purposely trying to kill myself early.

I have had two surgeries by Dr. Guthrie. On both occasions I found her and her staff to be very professional, caring, friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed. They were never too busy to stop and take the time to answer my questions. If they were not able to answer my questions, they told me so and immediately found someone who could. I would recommend Dr. Guthrie to anyone. I don't think you could find a better doctor and staff.

Dr. Guthrie's assistant, Sharon, was very thorough and knowledgeable in introducing me to the practice and preparing me for my visit with the doctor. Dr. Guthrie spent a good deal of time with me. She asked many questions, clearly explained the importance of the questions and my answers. She clarified my condition for me, reviewed options for my follow-up care, and suggested a referral to another specialist. I did not feel rushed through the appointment. All of my questions were addressed and answered with concern and compassion. I am relieved that I am in the care of Dr. Guthrie.

I have to say that we heard each other clearly. She was very thorough and clear with her findings and plan of action. I'm very Blessed to have had such a wonderful and knowledgeable Dr.

I totally agree with Kaila Jeffcoat,my grandchild, what she said about Dr Guthrie. I left something about my "no breasts".She helped take my 2nd one off in 1994 and I think it was one of her firsts operations here.I have been to her ever since every year. She is super!Our family has 75% cancer in our family,so we are careful about being checked.
