Carrie Roller is not worth seeing if you actually want your issues solved. She misdiagnosed me and didn’t care to listen to what I was saying. She said that I had an abscess tooth, I had no symptoms of an abscess tooth, but she said she could see it on a ct scan. At first, I ignored her diagnoses, but when I went back to her a few months later with the same complaints, she was still convinced that I had an abscess tooth and almost ridiculed me for not seeing a dentist. After that visit, not only did I see my dentist once, but twice. I also had the ct scan that Carrie had ordered sent to my dentist. Both times I saw her she said with certainty that I did not have an abscess tooth. Meanwhile, Carrie’s office is ignoring my calls and refusing to give me my test results in a timely manner like they said they would. They dropped me as a patient for having an attitude and not respecting Carrie’s opinion. There’s only so much respect when you’re being constantly misdiagnosed and ignored.

She rushed thru my time and had to prod her to recheck my ear that was clogged feeling. There was a problem and wasn't very gentle about it. Few weeks later, same issue, had to wait 3wks for appt. So I call before I leave to see if she was behind, "no, she's on time. She even had a cancelation earlier" .15 mins after my scheduled appt time (2:15), I ask front desk lady what's going on. "Yeah, they just took her 1:45 patient back. She's behind about an hour. Told them to cancel my appt and I'm done with this place.They need to pay me for my time like they charge patients if they are late or reschedule.

Dr. Roller and her team were a pleasure to work with. They were kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family in the future.

Dr Roller is outstanding. She is very professional and thorough. She listened to me and make sure to order tests that were required for me. Her staff quickly notified me of the test results andprovided complete instructions of what I needed to do next. I highly recommend her.

She took my tonsils and adenoids out in 2018 and was great but now in 2020 when I was going to get a CT scan done along with allergy testing and a follow up and was going to be there for a few hours, they told me I couldn't bring my 9 month old son in the building with me when before I was able to. Pandemic or not you shouldnt seperate an infant with their mom and not allow them to leave to breastfeed

Dr. Roller is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Thanks to her I am free of problems since last year, that I had many years.
