I am so grateful Dr. Fletcher made his way to my city! His bedside manner is very caring and patient. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Being a breast cancer survivor I was hesitant at how I would feel having reconstruction surgery but I felt at peace with him and Dr Fletcher did an AMAZING job! I’ve seen different surgeons work and have been told I look great! It’s all to Dr Fletcher. Highly recommended.

Dr. Fletcher exceeded my expectations. He was extremely kind, thorough, caring and compassionate with me. Explaining in great detail the pro's/ con's in general & specific to me. He was very honest. While I may have liked to have been given a more sooner timeframe I'm extremely happy with him telling me to wait to have better results and recovery. Seriously left quite emotional just grateful and thankful for his integrity, compassionate and care he gave. Look forward to having him as my surgeon.

From the initial consultation to post surgery, Dr. Fletcher was exceptional. I can not be happier with results. He never seemed to be in a hurry, took time to answer questions. Made me feel at ease from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
