List of Dr. Gary L. Craig's Reviews
I was sad when Dr. Craig retired. He was my doctor for many years. He listened and he cared. I trusted him and his amazing nurse Debbie. He will be a tough act to follow.
I was sorry that Dr.Craig retired, but that is how it goes. He has been my doctor for many years now, and seen me through many things. He always had time for me, and I also miss his nurse, Debbie. He was very wise and always had a funny story, but he knows a lot about drugs and research.
I absolutely love Dr Craig. I am so sad that he has retired because I know I will never find a rheumatologist as good as him. I have been seeing Dr Craig for 20+ years.
I began seeing Dr. Craig in the early 90's. I've since moved out of state and have never, ever, never found another with his knowledge, compassion and guidance. I am actually considering moving back, just so I know I will be treated professionally for my Lupus. No one else has lived up to the bar he set with my care.
Dr Craig is an outstanding and experienced rheumatologist. He shows great empathy, thoroughly knows his patients and spends the necessary time answering questions and explaining treatment decisions.
So lucky to have him as my doctor!! Have had him since 1966.
This was my 2nd visit to Dr. Craig, first was back in 2011 for Fibromyalgia & this time was because I tested positive for Cryoglobulins and positive RA factor. He did take his time to listen & seemed very helpful and ordered a battery of tests. Trouble came when I called to make follow-up appt (funny that his staff didn't call me) and was told next appt available was 4 months out! His MA, Debbie, said pain I'd been having was all due to the Fibro & that per his notes I needed to lose weight, excercise more and get steroid shots in my knees. I don't know where the disconnect is, his Assistant or the doc himself, but nothing was mentioned about the Cryo and they didn't seem to be concerned about it. Looking for another doc in Spokane who specializes in Cryoglobulinemia because I just don't trust him!
I have been seeing Dr. Craig for many years. He is knowledgeable, caring and listens to my input.I also think he has chosen his staff carefully, because they are as professional and caring as well.
I've seen Dr. Craig for...jeez like 12 or so years now. I have RA, and am pretty young. I am so grateful that I am able to see him. His knowledge and experience is so vast it is daunting. Holy genius batman. I work within the Medical community, though I am no clinician. He listens to me, is respectful of my thoughts on my course of treatment, and is generally just a likeable guy. I hope he never retires! I adore Debbie, his MA as well. I am sure that there are many qualified providers at Arthritis NW, but I will never voluntarily switch! I think doctors of his caliber are rare, especially ina city our size. Thanks for all you do!
I feel Dr. Craig is an outstanding physician. He was able to accurately diagnose my auto-immune disease and as a result has made a total turn-around in my quality of life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
